Bitzstarz account verification problem

Bitstarz wants proof of my transaction from etransferr they want all my details showing with transactions. All my details name account# is on front page of statement when I open my transactions it goes to a separate page shows transaction but because my name etc do not show on the separate page they wont accept. What can I do? Back in May I used my credit card now they won't payout my withdrawl till all verified. Ok fine but I have been asking them back in May when I deposited with different method why they did not put hold on my account or reached out me that account needs verified again. So I cant withdrawl but they had no problem accepting deposits since May on a not verified account.? One support answer was if they did this then speaking of a player him self I'd docs required when opening account he wouldn't bother. Really? I dont mind giving docs but why make it so difficult I actually had less trouble to verified on Videoslots thought Bitstarz was more user friendly.

Yes I message before posting he says these are the requirements. Asked what I can do as when click on transactions does not show my name etc only on first page I have asked him and support what to do? Not a reply yet also I have asked and I think I have right to know if not verified why is it ok for them to accept several payments if account not verified. So if not verfied its OK for them to accept credit card and etransferr transactions but not to pay out. I would like to know there answer on this. Btw they put money back into my account and I'm still able to make deposits hmmmm
 
Make it simple...Record a video and forward that to them. If they wont offer you solutions you invent one.
 
Bitstarz have no problem to verify deposit metod, i have do in 3 ocations and no problem , but yes need to show your name. Do you have 2 monitor? expand metod of view and show the 2 pages in your 2 screens and take a screenshot.
 
I have cooled off and I have to say trying to verify an account these days has become so frustrated. I know it's not Bitstarz fault with the strict process but they could make it easier. Communication could be better as well and from me too. I did ramble a bit sending emails to rep and through email support and even Nick, but I am surprised no one replied back to help me in how I can prove my bank statement being the problem I'm having. I only get an e-statement every 3 months so now I have to wait for my new one to come out as the last statement was from March 31 to June 30th so being past 90 days they won't accept.

Thanks for the suggestions that some members recommended doing not sure it will be accepted may be the rep can give some advice.

I'm 54 even though I use a computer a lot I know very little about the technical stuff like PDf paste and whatever and got very frustrated especially every time I send docs in and they replied back saying they been denied and didn't give any real reason why or which one not approved as they were asking for 4 different verifications. Some stuff was clear but the communication got messy and have to admit on my part as well.

I really like Bitstarz they have replaced Videoslots for most of my deposits just hope it gets verified soon.

Thanks for being so understanding here and sorry for the slow reply (didn't see any notification :/)

We're not trying to make the verification more tricky than it has to be, I mean, we make sure our cash out time is as short as it possibly can be.

But you know the drill, we're a licensed casino and there are certain things we gotta ask for.
