Bitstarz Pending Bank Transfer

Hi everyone, i would be interested if somebody had similar experiences.

I,ve been playing bitstarz for some time and after having been unlucky with major losses i recently could gather some wins.

After my card (revolut visa) did not work for withdrawal i was advised to use bank transfer. First three Withdrawals were accepted within minutes and processed within hours. Money next day on account. super happy.

next Withdrawals however also accepted fast but now pending for 3 days. Support is very helpful and friendly and explains me that it can take 10 days. I understand that it can take time till money « arrives » but i don’t really understand why it is not processed yet.

has anybody had similar experience? Should i be worried bu any means?

Any chance you could provide your username so I can look into happened? :) But, without knowing it, I have a hunch as to what the issue could be.

Now, bank withdrawals are notoriously slow in general, including at BitStarz, sadly. They can take up to 10 banking days to appear in your account, although that would be in the absolute worst case scenario. As for processing, we process them very quickly on our end.

What I think might be the issue here is a visual "bug" in our account section. It might be the case that we've processed it, but it still shows up as pending on your BitStarz account. I can assure you we'd never take 10 days to process a withdrawal, even when it comes to bank ones. After all, I think our average is about 7 minutes or so, so 10 days would not be acceptable :)

I'm happy to verify this on my end if you wanna give me your BitStarz username :)

i can 2nd that happend to me at Winz few weeks back, had to do a bank withdrawal it was processed within hours,
but stood there showing as pending until it arrived in my bank account 3 days later :)

Yes, i understand and was explained that the withdrawal is « released » on your end and that after that your « payment provider » will process it. Once that is done i get an email.
Of course you can’t tell me when it actually arrives on the account.

Or do i get this completely wrong and you do actually have an insight on when it shows up on my bank account and you then mark it « processed » (green)?

To me it looks there is problem in the actual transfer process. It is very unusual that an SWIFT transfer in Europe takes more than two days.

And as i said, before it actually was completed within hours.

Firstly, sorry for the slow reply, I'm having a day off so please bear with me :)

The first one :) but yeah, sadly I don't know when it will be marked as processed, I can only tell you that the support has sent it through.

I hear your concern here, but I can assure you there's no issues identified as of right now. In complete honesty, bank withdrawals
is by far the slowest method at BitStarz and it's proven hard for us to find a good PSP for this method. So as much as I'm proud of many things
we do, bank transfer speed is the one I'm least proud of.

This is why we're not promising much in terms of speed, and the max time frame it could take is like 10 working days. Fortunately it's much faster in most of the cases and probably around the day or two interval you mentioned, but we cannot guarantee that sadly. Even though it's rare it takes many days to get the funds, I also don't want to overpromise and under deliver, thus, but interval stated is perhaps a tad conservative. But at least we're open and honest about it.

So to answer the questions again, we're still within the expected time frame, no issues identified, your withdrawals have been sent through from support, and all we gotta do is give it some more time.

This is an perfect opportunity to pitch crypto as an alternative, but I'm not a sales guy and I understand that it's convenient to use a FIAT method you're already familiar with. After all, we've got many different payment options and that's because we're all different and have different preferences.

Any other concerns, I'm right here :)

Hey, there's no days off, the casino is open 24/7 after all :) happy to help and no sweat, just that the reply time might be a tad slower. Still got the phone glued to my hand.

Remember that weekends are not banking days (just so you keep that in mind) but let me know early next week or something or if there's anything else I can do :)

It went through today. All cashout requests were processed together even though submitted at different stages (over 2days)

It took 9 days, 7 banking days. I still think that this not necessary as it it should be a simple wire operation.

But: You need to be patient indeed, can trust them when they say it is in process.

Thank you for confirming the funds finally came through.

At this day and age, transfers shouldn't take that long, and for a casino who takes pride in displaying average cash out times that are less than 8 minutes, bank transfers are dragging the average speed down quite bit. The Black Sheep of cash out options here for sure.

i am sorry to bother you with the exact same issue again😀
could you check on on my payout requests?
requests date from the 12th Jan.

i was told via email that they check with payment department- that was yesterday.

i asked again today and they had no answer yet.

i do not know how it is organised but i find it strange that it takes long to get any info.

Hi Paul,

Sad to see the withdrawal time pushes the end of the expected time interval, but we're still within the 10 banking days limit I think (if it happened on the 12th, we must be on the 8th day now considering there's been 2 weekends (4x days)?

As it's still within the range, I'll have to wait until that time is up before I can do much, just as last time.

I don't want to see you having to wait up to 10 banking days to get your money, but this is sadly the reality of bank transfers at BitStarz. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's not a good option here. If you want to look into switching to crypto, that would make things go a heck of a lot faster, but I understand that it might not be everyone's cup of tea.
