Bitstarz trouble with debit card verification

I had to go to my bank and cancel my visa debit because it compromised there was 2 online purchases I didn't make so they gave me a new card of course. I made a deposit to bitstarz with this new card played won a couple dollars and requested a withdrawal but now they want to verify the card is mine because the replacement card does not have my name embossed on it and I have nothing in writing stating it is either. Just a warning to fellow Canadians if you get a replacement card without your name on make sure you get something from the bank showing proof before you leave.

Maybe casinos should do their verification process before taking a persons money not when they have to return it. lol

@luxey is there anything that proves you're the owner of the card? If it's not printed on it, I'm sure it's statement on your online banking or something. I've got a replacement card myself and it doesn't have my name on it I believe, but if I check my online banking, you'll have the card there
