BitStarz - me no likee

Bitstarz is an award winning casino at Casinomeister
Well, can you answer why there are security issues with your site all of a sudden? Before this has not even looked at bitstarz site in years I think if I look at the history in my account, speaking of which there was nothing showing out of the ordinary for log-in attempts.

I think and it is just my guess is someone is sending emails to bitstarz customers and imitating bitstarz support.

Hi again,

I'm not sure I can draw the conclusion that there are issues with the BitStarz site based on what you just said.

I mean, I can try to login to your account and you will get an alert for that failed attempt, and if I'm not mistaken, it's the same
thing if someone tries to login to your gmail. You'll have to forgive me but I don't think that per definition mean that gmail has
major security flaws.

If it was the case that we had 5000 accounts who got a "failed login" email, I'd be with you on that one. With that said, if someone
tried to login to your account that wasn't you, I don't think that constitutes some big security issue in the casino as a whole.

I understand it's uncomfortable as a user, but this could happen anywhere. What we can do to prevent it however is having these alerts
in place and encouraging you to add a 2FA an extra measure of protection.

It's not gmail and I am not sure what you are saying except you are showing you don't seem concerned about security and I am just gobsmacked, that's all

Hi there,

Gmail was just an example :) I know that's not the domain you use.

Let's say you have a gmail address and I try to login to your account with the password OlleTheCasinoGuy1 and it fails, and you get
an alert to your gmail that someone tried to login to your account but failed, I don't think that means that gmail has major security flaws based
on that isolated incident, am I right?

As in this case, because someone tried to login to your account and failed, that doesn't mean BitStarz has a serious issues with the security, no?

I don't know how to simply this further so all I'm going to say is that I recommend you to add 2FA.

Olle

I do want to change my email to a gmail one for log in. Can that be done? I cannot add 2fa as I don't have a device so as I just looked. I am just saying you don't think there is a problem when out of the air something happens after actually a year? That's what I am saying and letting you know, email is the problem, the site has a problem or it is an employee trying to log into accounts, It's one of those or combo of those I can assure you. I am a securitymaster besides a slotmaster.:)

Wish I can get away from email and go back to the old days.

I used to play at Bitstarz a lot, their games are cold and I never ever win on their Jackpots there seems to be a pattern where I might score a nice win every three months and this was depositing and playing everyday that is a long time in - between to get some sort of a descent win by this time I would have deposited quite a large amount of money then all my games will go cold again for another three months or more and it seemed my winnings would be capped between thirty dollars to one hundred dollars for ages so i stopped depositing and playing like I used to.

This happens at every casino, not just Bitstarz. The pattern is most likely psychological.

You should definitely check out their revised site. They display hot RTP games and cold RTP games and lots of other organized
categories to make selecting a game easy and simple.

Before I start, it is important to note that I have been playing online casinos for real money since 2004. and way longer at their brick and mortar counterparts. I harbor no illusions of consistently winning when I gamble because all casinos, whether virtual or brick-and-mortar, are in business to make money, not provide people with easy money.

However, after nearly five months of play and thousands of dollars in losses, I can say that Bitstarz casino is crooked with near-certainty. So it makes sense that scammer operators would market Bitstarz in the manner they do. Such as putting "Award-winning" next to its name, the laurel leaf crowns signifying various obscure online gaming accolades and awards, the manufactured testimonials by clients like D**** F**** winning big on games that for whatever reason I was never allowed to access due to country restrictions and an extensive section detailing its RNG and explaining "Provability."

But here is the problem and why BitStarz is not a online casino with the optimistic tag line "Dream Big, Win Bigger," and a theft ring that hides behind a slick website, a quick and easy deposit process that is almost all done with crypto (convenient for the site operator due to the difficulty of getting crypto returned once that transaction is confirmed and thus lowering the chances that the inevitable stream of unhappy losers who felt cheated because they were, to zero. Instead, it is another clear example of greedy and shady characters from offshore find a way to exploit the millions of American's who thirst for online gambling while maintaining minimal risk for the crooks stealing people's money.

I do not level charges against any online casino lightly, but the facts speak for themselves. Starting in December 2020 until May 15, 2021, I made BTC deposits of $5,750 approx. These deposits were generally no larger than $50. Well over 60 separate deposits were. Out of all those deposits, I achieved a profit above $15-20 less than five times. Of those occasions, the most I was ever up was less than $200.

A cynic would say it's a case of a sore-sport who cannot handle losing. That is a logical conclusion but a lazy one at that.

Here are some of the highlights from my seven months as a Bitstarz regular:

67 Deposits totaling $5348

3 Withdrawals totaling $140

Bonus terns that were unattainable

The biggest win of any sort was Johnny Cash for $58

The Lucky 7 Three-wheel slot machine and never produced anything better than three single bars for 60 credits. Or the third-lowest award on the paytable. Unusual in that this is the slot machine I played far and away more than any other but could never manage a triple cherry or three double

Avg wager for Player Blackjack was 46% smaller than the wager made when the dealer recorded a blackjack.

Over a 30 hand session of baccarat, I wagered on the player the first 15 hands, and the banker won 13-1-1. When I switched up and bet the banker the next 25 hands, the player came alive amazingly and went 12-2-1. Leaving me, the player dazed and broke.

On one occasion, I was awarded 180 free spins from some promotion and won $2.85.

Casino gambling is a high-risk, high reward activity where losses are more common than wins. However, there are still the occasional times when Lady Luck shines on you with modest success at the least or a nice big jackpot on the upper-end of expectations. As long and often as I played at Bitstarz, with the amount of BTC deposited, it seems inconceivable to have never hit a single jackpot, go on a heater at the Black Jack table, or win anything more than a buy-in. It makes one wonder because such a dry spell doesn't happen unless it is being made to happen.
.
Whether it was blackjack, slot machines, or baccarat, 99% of the sessions were the same. I lost the first bet and never got back to even from there.

Raise the issue with the Bitstarz customer service, and they ignore the concern and immediately start talking in technical jargon about the RNG and that with an RNG, all have to be on the level. All the while, Bitstarz keeps on taking people's money and sending them offline broke.

What they are doing is stealing because the chances of winning with Bitstarz is almost nil and with gambling, the chances for success might not be high but they are not zero as Bitstarz would have you think,

How could anyone expect Bitstarz to turn out different.

He's exactly right what he has described above is identical to what I have experienced the only difference was I 2x $200 the very first two times I played. That was strategic tattic on their behalf, a lure if you like, but from that point on the way the slots are rigged just is so obvious. They are most definitely nothing more then fraudulent operators who have dressed the front of store up to look and feel authentic and trustworthy, but out in the back office they are nothing more then seasoned scammers sitting back and counting their heist. DO NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO NOT IF IT WAS THE LAST CASINO ONLINE.

You need to get off the pipe buddy ; if you feel a big ole company like Bitstarz are planning heists for your $200; and their business model is to lure your Whaler bank roll of $200, let you win then take it all from you really should get outside or take a break from gambling. All casinos are a losing game, it’s ain’t free money ; if you can’t handle your own degenerate-ness and you resort to conspiracy as a coping mechanism you should not gamble…

While I agree the new updated site @BitStarz site is awful and clunky and terrible to navigate , the site and company have serviced me well over the years and the rep is decent too.
I’ve not had a cashout since last summer , but can confirm they are legit see pic

Hi Raptor,

If you're open to an alternative view than the one you have, I'm sure we could have a productive discussion about fairness in the industry.

If you want, please give me your username and I'll address any concerns and questions you may have :)
