Just to clear things up. I haven't been a General Manager of Mapau Bingo for a couple months now. Joe and I both left in the summer; he went on to pursue other interests and I moved to Israel. I was a member of Mapau since before I got the job (I signed up when I was interviewing to see what I was getting myself into).

Bottom line is that I have many, many negative things to say about Mapau Bingo and Sunny Group (most of which are pretty well covered elsewhere in this forum and none of which I feel comfortable specifying publicly), but house players is not one of them.

I can't vouch for other halls, but since we are on a network, real "house" players would have to actually pay their own money to be eligible for prizes. I doubt anyone is doing that.

you tried to make the site sound like they were cheating players among many other things....and then when you figured out you were about to be caught up in your lies , you told the truth as a last resort.
you were fired from there for being incredibly rude to paying players.
i commended them for protecting players and letting you go.

I say if you want to bash someone take it on the phone and work it out You have to many people online hiding behind a keyboard. And some you just can't trust today.
And I know you will say "give out my phone number No Way" but that is the best way to work it out.
 
how to complain and new site rec

Anyone please can help me find out who to contact about a complaint about the way chat is run in bingoland. I have watched a player go from lively fun loving to being too fearful to talk for fear of mutes or bannes. Now i understand they have gone ahead and banned them from the site alltogether.

i am afraid if i try to find out from the woman in charge i to will be muted and banned. i dont want to post bad comments on this forum about the site as some is good and that is not the purpose of this post. but who ever it is that employs the CMM should be told what has happened. i have always found her to be rude and abrupt but she is also a bully and i dont like what hapened.

i dont know how to go about complaining or finding their contact address. I hope only to find a contact email or mailing address for who ever owns bingoland so i can complain about the cmm. I dont want this to turn into a bash against bingoland as some of the cms and games are fun.

because of the above i am looking for some where else to play. i would be gratefull if people could give me some recommendations.


if the ex player happens upon this we love ya babe and we will find a site to play at together.

I see that is the only way to get someone.I myself would never join a place like that if that's the only way they deal with the player.

i cant seem to get anyone on that site to respond and i am scared that any email i send within the site will go to the cmm and i to will be ban. She really isnt a very nice or fair person. i have other friends who use the site and dont want to be banned and lose contact. i apreciate any help at all.

There area number of halls under the bingoland banner. It would be most helpful to know which hall lemongrass is playing at to get proper help. For example, if you play at ruby bingo it would be best to email hallmanager@rubybingo.com or support@. The same for any other particular one you are having the problem at. I went to have a look and found bingoland itself only has a contact web page, which is too generic to get help from. If you address it to hall manager at a particular one you are more likely to get some kind of answer. Hope this helps you out as I always found it the best way to start for answers.
 
Just one other thought on this one. I used to play at Baraka bingo, one of the bingoland sites, and I was very disappointed in it. It is a pretty site, but I found the wins to be too few and far between. All those sites linked made for too many players and thus lower odds of winning.
I know there will be many to disagree with me on this one, but one site I have found willing to work with a player is Amigo bingo. I had problems there way back when I first became a watchdog, but the hall manager, Rob, responded and worked with me to a solution in an open forum. He still continues to work with players to resolve any problems you have. He has just recently done this with me over a depositing issue. I can't think of anything better than a hall manager who is willing to go the distance for his players. For this reason I do and will continue to support Amigo. When you find a site that is willing to listen and work for you, you will then know you are in the right place. I also have never had a problem winning or cashing out from them.

I took the time to send everyone of them to see what kinda reply I would get.
And as of Today No Reply
And I sent them all one with a crazy question off from this just to see if they would reply to that one.So I have two different things I'm asking.
And No Reply with that one too.
I would not ever tolerate this type of customer service. if I promoted them.
The one's I deal with would get back to me in 2 days the most.

Thanx bingot recieved pm. There are now four of us who want to complain about the cmm, we are on three different sites of the network. we are woried that if the cmm finds out we complain we will be mute too or ban, even woried in case they come here.

i like playing at the site but ive been a member over 2 years and ave had it with her rudeness if she cant be fair i dont want to play here anymore either and so now i want to tell bingoland that if she stays i will go. i supose they wont care about one or two players complaining or leaving but i hope if they investigate they mite see this for themselves.

hello bingot nothing knew not a single reply. it seems this cmm can do what she wants to do and she has nobody to answer to. im still there but its not the same. Ive spent a lot of money over the years and the fun has gone out of it i just wish i could get hold of the player find out where they are playing now and go and play there instead i am still determine to complain and i no eventually i will get a ban to
