This casino is pure troubles.

1- It took close to over a month to get verified.
2- Another few weeks to have my first withdrawal get paid.
3- Then another verification procedure which took another few weeks.

4- Started charging 10 % withdrawal fees after "first withdrawal". They claim that their bank charges them 10 % to send a wire transfer. I'm shook..... which bank on earth charges 10 % for a wire transfer ? It's clearly stated on their terms that 10% is for e-wallet transfer.

5 - My withdrawal request of 5000 now is being split, I was told I am being put on a "payment schedule plan". They sent the first 1000, and now they claim the second withdrawal (amount unknown) will be processed in TWO WEEKS.

Term 90.
The Player is aware of and agrees that Big5Casino can decide at its own standards, that the maximum amount that a Player can be paid-out is € 5,000 (or the equivalent amount in US dollars or GBP currency) per month. All amounts larger than € 5,000 monthly will be paid in terms which Big5Casino decides, until the full withdrawal amount is reached, if Big5Casino decides not to pay-out the whole amount at once. Big5Casino may, at his own discretion, also decide to pay the amount as a whole, even if the pay-out amounts will be higher than the maximum set within the paragraph. This condition also applies to winnings of (progressive) jackpots. The Player also understands and agrees that depending on the specific locality of the player and preferred withdrawal option, a withdrawal fee may be applicable. Withdrawal fees that may be applicable are: 10% for the e-Wallet transfers and the total of the actual bank fee costs for the bank transfers. Any fees involved will be deducted from the withdrawn winnings.

Who else plays at this :puke: casino ?

Ridiculous terms and fees. Looks like they have a rogue term in there regarding progressive Jackpots. It reads that they will decide when and how to pay it....

@Casinomeister - isn't that a ticket to the pit?

Nate

Is this pab worthy ? MGA now does not deal with complaints and they refer you to IBAS. IBAS has not replied in over a month.

Yes, it is worthy.

And that is definitely a rogue term. It would give us the chance to address this with them.

How did you find this casino and did you do research? Because all over internet it says it is bad:

The sister casino of Big5 has charged me 300 euro for 3000 euro payment to my Skrill. They referred to the same 10% rule which is absolutely ridiculous. I have filed a complaint with IBAS and they ruled in my favor (after 3 months of waiting). However, the casino has made an appeal and I have no idea how much longer should I wait for the money to be paid. The Condor casinos are the crooks of a worst kind. Avoid.
