Resolved Big Time Gaming rep not responding

I hear alot of complaints on here that this rep doesnt respond to people. I have been trying to get ahold of him for many weeks and he simply wont respond. He comes on here and posts contests and advertising and will simply not respond to members request or help.

Is there any way to get ahold of him another way?

I know Nick has been in Europe for a while as he had to travel from Australia so he could attend ICE and other commitments. Might not be able to access the forum etc.

Probably no obligation, Im not sure. This has been stemming back since January 9th so hes been around. I message him approx once every 5 days and he wont respond and its not a complaint or anything like that at all. He told me he would get a replay of my 1800x base game hit over a month ago and I try to follow up with him because I have had so many requests to see it

That's the whole point of being a 'Rep' isn't it? Why ask to be named as a representative when you don't respond to queries from the membership and only come on here to further your personal agenda of Marketing your product?

I was responding to the point whether it should be brought to the attention of Bryan. I don't think there is an obligation for him to have a presence on the forum, unlike accredited casino representatives.

He should, of course, respond to the query the OP raised, even if it is a no can do.

I only mentioned bringing it to Bryans attention as he's (bryan) expressed that's the course if action when reps are unresponsive.
I'm not sure whether BTG is bound by rhe same obligations but as he has representative under his name it seemed the best course of action even it if we're just for Bryan to say BTG doesn't have those obligations

Firstly, I'd like to thank Bryan for a direct email to make me aware of this thread as I had not seen it to date.

As some of you may know I've been traveling extensively of late and glad to say I'm back in Sydney with the team and we'll get right onto this request.

Replays take up a lot of time and we have had an unprecedented amount of requests to recreate wins of late and we can't cater for the demand. What I can say to BillyB is yes, we will look at recreating his Bonanza base game win as we feel it's owed with the lack of response but moving forward, if we're to replay a win it will have to eclipse wins that are already in the public domain.

Again apologies for the lack of response but ask anyone in our industry what the busiest time of the year is; you'll hear many voices in unison proclaim, the weeks following the ICE conference in London.

Hey thanks, I appreciate it and so will all the other people that have requested to see the win. I wouldnt even bother and I dont think others would either if it wasnt in the base game
