I haven't been around much or updating my sites for the past year. Fatherhood and the sad passing of my mum have taken their toll and all of my time.

However I am now situated in an office in town, away from the distractions of my 5 month old son and also my wife ;). So can join in the fray here at CasinoMeister once again. As well as actually bring my sites up to date.

My first post back on CasinoMeister is to thank the kind people at Ladbrokes.com for a brilliant day last Saturday.

Last Saturday I was invited along with a +1 by Ladbrokes.com to attend the Portsmouth vs Middlesbrough Premiership Match at Fratton Park as their VIP Guest. As my team Bristol City were playing away from home yesterday I gladly accepted Ladbrokes kind offer and took along my best friend Rich.

The day was quality and Andy and Paul from Ladbrokes were great hosts and company throughout the day. On arrival at Fratton Park we were treated to a champagne reception prior to being given a guided tour around the ground. We were shown the home and away dressing rooms and were also allowed to walk out onto to the pitch a couple of hours before kickoff.

We were treated to a three course pre match meal, a complimentary bar and coffee and sandwiches after the match. After the match we then had our photographs taken with the man of the match - England International Jermain Defoe.

The match was of a good standard although Boro it has to be said were quite poor compared to Portsmouth. The seat we had was superb, along the center of the pitch and we were situated very close to the action. Pompey won 2 - 1, with two well taken goals by Defoe. Below are some pictures I took during the course of the day.
