Big Dollar Casino

Maybe Im looking at this a little simply, and I apologise if its way off, but wouldnt there be a potential positive for the casino if they just paid everyone and took the hit?

Apart from the fact it would create 100% confidence for players, but surely there would be a fair number of people on the 'sidelines' (i.e. who havent decided to play at big dollar yet) who watch these kinds of situations pan out in the forums who would think 'hey this operation is honest' and maybe throw some business their way? I know I watch reports about new casinos quite often before I play, and more often than not I avoid them because of what I read.

Unfortunately for the casino, these 'sideliners' are probably putting a big red line through them as we speak.

The only thing I will say in favour of Big Dollar is that the email DID say recipients of this email only - they should have set up the loyalty program to only award the promo to those invited, but the terms are still there in the email. RTG promo coupons usually work for everyone, even if they are ineligible, but the 'email recipient only' terms are frequently relied upon by these casinos to deny withdrawals and most have agreed this is reasonable in the past.

I know that if I discover a new promo somewhere, which I havent been offered personally, I always read through the terms or if I cant find them I contact support/live help. It is a few minutes well spent IMHO. We are all adults and there should be some onus on us to make sure we arent using something to which we are not entitled. Whilst forums (particularly ezboards) are great for keeping other players informed of good deals, there are many that just whack the code/promo up as soon as they get it and dont bother to check the terms themselves....and I suspect that it probably where some of these problems started.

The part I would be most upset about as an eligible participant would be my usually very fast cashout being delayed up to a week due to a combination of casino ineptitude and players who werent eligible who didnt look into things a little more.

This casino still does ACH wd's to US players...

That's true...can't wd to my bank from C2P(minimum 1500), but can cashout any amount over 50.00 from Casino back to C2P.

Now I need to find a casino that will cash out through direct ACH, accepts U.S. players, and doesn't require the wd to go back to C2P.

I managed to get most of my money out of my casinos via Neteller before they bugged out but I still have about 500.00 in C2P and various MG casinos and Full Tilt Poker..if I lose this money due to a lack of ability to withdraw the funds to my bank oh well. At least I got 90% of my money out before all went to hell.

I don't fault the casinos nearly as much as I do the jackbooted Feds from our govt. I have years of playing at my favorite casinos with no major problems.

This website here has been my guide for which casinos to select or reject. Brian has saved me thousands of dollars with his advice and warnings here.

You mentioned looking for a casino still doing ACH w/d's for US players....I would go with INetBet (RTG) - they have the best customer service and the withdrawals are usually in my bank account within 48 hours...I deposit via Pre-Paid Visa card (NetSpend)....just a suggestion.

hello, i got paid into my neteller, i won 1000 d. in the promo, i resieve the money but i did wait 9 days, they told me it was because it was my first cashout. mulle22

inbet

andi, just to warn you, under inetbets terms and condition, if you deposit thru click2pay, you must also withdraw that way, I tried the same thing, even calling customer supportt and while they led me to believe I could deposit thru click2pay, and get an ach withdrawel it didnt happen that way. Try and get an ecocard, it works with most mg casinos!!!

Oooops eduun....not me, I am in Canada and used neteller to pay and try to withdraw! Wrong person,
thanks anyway!
:)

Was it resolved? Please don't give up, I don't like cliffhangers:D

Go kick some ***....
I don't give up either and I am really irritated about the whole situation.
I will never deposit at Grand Prive again, but that will never really bother them will it?
I have no answers, and am really disappointed.
:p

Bryan is doing the Asia thing at the minute, so he probably hasnt been able to put the hard word on them about getting it sorted - but I'm 100% sure he will get on to it when he returns.

However, I think Big Dollar has taken far too long to resolve the matter. It shouldnt take this long to decide to pay the players, if their reputation is as important as they state in their mailings and advertising.

The whole situation looks anything but 'big on everything...no small talk'

Bryan is back from his Asia thing :) But I also suggest that if you haven't PMed Bryan with your details, that you should go straight to eCOGRA to sort this out.

Nope! I've never seen any signs that Grand Prive worries about losing a customer and their loyalty.
