Apparently any bonus you use has to be wagered even if you lose, I didnt know this but found out today as i made a deposit yesterday and played through good amount to find out i havent even started the wagering as I still have wagering left for a birthday deposit bonus i received last month

Maybe it's in there terms but i didnt know this so beware

I emailed asking why i have to wager an old bonus as my balance was 0.00 b4 the deposit and i got the following reply

    Hi asad,

    Thank you for your email.

Your wagering is going towards a Birthday Bonus that you received on 28/10/15, and as such will have to be completed before any other bonus wagering can be completed.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards,

    Grant

As far as I am aware at BGO any and all outstanding wagering (even after a bust) is cleared upon receipt of a fresh deposit.

There have however been some changes there very recently, not sure if this is part of them tho, wouldn't have thought so.

Sounds a bit dubious as I always thought as soon as your balance is zeroed, all bonus WR is cleared/satisfied.

However, I had one instance at BetUK where I had 7p left in my account and couldn't find a slot to wager it on. I later deposited a further amount, won a fair bit and wanted to withdraw. Alas, it wasn't possible due to the 7p and associated previous bonus WR to complete. Not a problem I thought as latest deposit had no bonus so went to cancel the bonus (thinking 7p would be removed, thus enabling the withdrawal), but to my shock it zeroed my whole account, to include my latest deposit and all my winnings. Contacted CS, but they fobbed me off. Ended up closing the account and moving on.

I now refuse all bonus amounts as I just see it as a con and a can of worms should you win and wish to withdraw.

Have you managed to read all their T&C's to see if there is a loophole?

BGO really seem to have gone downhill...

Good move, do not trust these operators one bit.

I played bingo sites before I moved on to casinos and had 5-6 various account across their various skins (which was allowed).

Deposited once/twice a week on one or another but always left a few quid in the balances.

All of a sudden out of the blue they closed all of them and told me the decision was final and basically never to 'Darken their doors' again.

Balances were actually paid but once I discovered BetUK was part of their set up (Also Pink Casino and a few others) I decided to close my casino accounts (Awful lag at BetUK contributed to the decision also)

You should be fine playing with a bonus at the accredited sites here.

I am guilty of playing across there brand, I am sick to the eyebulls of the amount of errors I get, They have come a long way and alot of the error sand lag have gone from most sites but if there is an error than blow me, You might as well speak to a a hoover,

As you will know the trouble I had trying to open up them games the other day,I must of had at least 20 emails and each one but 2 or 3 was off different people, Talk about lost in translation, To many cooks and all that, All fobbing me of with the same rubbish, I gave them a miss before and going to do the same now, Slotaway I might have a play if a good bonus comes in, They seem to run different promo than the rest,

They have some serious problems and yet still trying to blame the player, No wonder the people behind spingenie got rid of there bingo and casino site running from the group (castleJP & Bingogodz)

I did read all the visible terms and can find nowhere that bonus wagering carries on even after a bust

Sorry should have been a bit clearer.

That info regarding a fresh deposit to clear WR was obtained via chat/support, agreed don't think its mentioned in T&C!

The rep also stated it in a thread, Looking for it will be looking for a needle in a hay stack, and my head is pumping as it is :)

He als ostated that live help will clear the wager, Which is pointless if you do not know about the wager is sticky
