Just wanted to thank the VIP Team at BGO for their superb service. I registered an account a while back but never played when they removed DOA. In any event, its back... but that's not what this post is about.

I decided to give them a go a week or two back. My account was approved in a matter of minutes, and my withdrawal was processed quite quickly.

I have gone on to make a few deposits there, I think I am losing overall however, I have been extremely well looked after by their VIP Manager Zulema Suarez. She is such a darling and I must give her credit for responding and acting on any queries i have in a matter of minutes.

The overall experience thus far is so above any casino (save for Redbet) that I am considering not even bothering to play elsewhere. I have been taking it easy at BGO and have not played much this month - been really busy.

But, I just have to give credit where its due and I certainly have enjoyed playing there. Over the last year, I have had such terrible VIP Experiences at some accredited Casinos that I even opted to put a limit of $20 at some of them. I NEVER put a limit at any Casino, so places like Vera John and Videoslots can be proud they messed up my VIP Experience so much, it was a first :)

A few others are headed down that road - They just do not know how to treat players, but that is another subject altogether...

VIP is not VIP until you have had the BGO team visit your inbox - Thanks to the team and making my Gaming experience a cut above the rest!

Good to see a positive story as we all like to berate and 'critique' casinos' lack of customer care. Good customer relations trump flashy sites and big game selection every time!

Also noticed BGO making some positive strides in the last year or two and have become a really decent outfit. Best part being that they're still looking to improve and like to keep in touch with this community. Well done to them! :thumbsup:

Its been all about class - retention is important, and a lot of places have fallen by the way side. Some are making attempts at regaining customers lost 3 years ago. I have always maintained that the focus should be on honoring your loyal customers and not pushing for 5 x 10$ depositors over a 1 x 1k depositor.

Cash Drops with 1 x Wagering are really unheard of in this industry unless you have a cashback plan - Its common place at BGO. Trust me, I do not start a thread when i have a good experience - It has to be a SUPER Experience, something that only happens once in a while and Apart from Redbet, BGO is the only other place where I can effectively say that I received service on another level.

It makes me happy as a player to see that there are some good places still out there. Amongst all the saturation, you can still receive service, perks and have a VIP experience which compares to those many many moons ago.

Good to see a positive thread, I like BGO but the games were a bit limited when I played there, no microgaming.
Not surprised to hear Videoslots messed up, no idea why they get all the love they do on here as they have good points but are terrible in other respects, mainly customer service.

I wish casino's would give you an idea of what you need to deposit/turnover to become a VIP as my deposits per week/month probably qualify me at some casino's but I spread them out as I have no idea whats required, whereas if, as an example, BGO said, deposit £1000 a week and you will be a VIP and get xxx then they would get the £1000, rather than 'we have a VIP scheme, but don't tell you how you become a VIP or what the benefits are'

On the few occasions I've contacted BGO support they have been excellent, sorted things out instantly, and the live chat agents know exactly what they are talking about, a rarity these days I find.
 
Hi Nate - thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.

As has been mentioned a few times recently, we have gone through some internal changes over the last year or so and put in lots of new features and processes that hopefully make playing at bgo more fun and rewarding than ever.

There's lots more to come too!

hi Sam i closed my account a while ago due to poor promos & poor service via the casino, i know Nate is a sound player so going via that i shall give you guys another try )
 
It is very pleasing to read something positive and encouraging about BGO.

More so from an experienced and knowledgeable player.

I make the odd deposit there and have to say although not very lucky at BGO, never any bad experiences and I have 200 FS to look forward to over the next 4 days thanks to a very attractive promotion they are currently running.

Quite fair all round but encouraged more by the recent addition of an active rep on here ;)

I didn't know about that promo, not sure why I only get some emails from BGO, as I didn't get this one. Unfortunately I can't play NRVNA as I get an 'unsupported graphics hardware' message whenever I open the game as I would have deposited for it :(

If you have any similar issues in future, then just let me know and I'll address it.

We've increased personnel in a lot of areas in the last 6 months, especially around promotions and varying our communications so you should see an improvement there.

We're still very active in sending out deposit bonuses to our players, so if you're active and subscribed to our emails, you should be getting 1 or 2 a week depending on your activity too.

Funny I have has a pretty dreadful experience with them the last few weeks, mostly down to smart arse CS and a glitch in their system which means I dont get any Bonus offers to any email, text etc so I have to ask CS who appear to get very annoyed with me asking all the time what the bonuses are.

Just stop depositing in the end.

I have to say though the VIP experience is getting worse and worse IMO Ladbrokes had one of the best VIP programs until it was overhauled and nothing has come close to it.

Nope, everywhere :( however just tried it on my phone and it works, which is weird as my pc has most certainly got better graphics than my phone. Presumably the spins are available on the mobile version too?

Correct, if you fulfill the deposit and wager requirements today (deposit and wager at least £25 on any slot) - you'll get the spins over the next 4 days which can be used on desktop or mobile :thumbsup:

Yes I have come across this numerous times on my old PC its to do with the graphics card (or lack of one) in your PC :( Sames goes with Lights and Aliens IIRC.

Tried to find a 'fix' at the time and I think a casino even got Netent involved but nothing was ever done.

@BGO - Just logged in (bit too keen maybe) but no FS as of yet :confused:

Apologies but there was a small issue with the report that meant some players were missing from the batch which were credited on time.

The rest of the players are being credited as we speak and you should have your spins within the next 30 minutes.

eh ok now maybe thats pushing it a bit :D

i joined in early May and i just checked my history made 6 deposits so far but the only reason i havent played there is because skrill deposits are not eligible for bonuses, so after my first deposit i havent bothered playing there for a month or so. Also only took 1st part of welcome bonus.

I did play in past month again though, every time without bonus too but my point being i should probably be classified as... idk, somewhat active (?!) but in my 2 months there im yet to receive a single promo mail from you guys :eek2:

maybe its because im in a plus there and i actually made 3 cashouts on my 6 deposits :p but regardless, not only im not getting weekly promos, im not getting any promos whatsoever :confused:

only mails i got from you guys were starting with "Your money is on its way", which is awesome mail header mind you but still ... :D
 
I did get the email for the NRVNA offer but haven't had any deposit matches (via email) for a while now which I was getting regularly, sometimes I took them, others I didn't, all depended on my budget that day and other offers sent from their competitors.

I did however today log in to get a pop up for a 100% deposit match yet no email :confused::confused: which in the past has always come thru for these kinds of percentage based offers.

Sure I've used Skrill in the past and got my bonuses too :confused::confused:

i didnt even get that, so ended up playing 31 euros deposits on random slots and no code, so i wont even get free spins for that :D its got to that point where when i want to play without bonuses i go to bgo and dont check their promos anymore :)

never in my 2 months there ive had a deposit match bonus either but as i said, i didnt actually get a single promo mail from them and i just checked my profile, all promo tabs were ticked :(

not sure about skrill bonuses past welcome bonus package, but as i said since i got no promos whatsoever, i wasnt able to check out if their match bonuses work with skrill or not -.-
 
As long as you're active, you should be getting bonuses and emails through - we've been sending them Wednesday and Friday for a couple of weeks now at least.

There is something where if you've self-excluded in the past at any point, you will be barred from our communications for life - so that could be an issue.

This can be lifted manually though so if you can both PM me your usernames I'll happily take a look at the reason you're not getting anything from us.

Let me re-phrase my earlier statement - if all is well and good you should be receiving plenty of offers from us. :p
