Just wanted to thank the VIP Team at BGO for their superb service. I registered an account a while back but never played when they removed DOA. In any event, its back... but that's not what this post is about.
I decided to give them a go a week or two back. My account was approved in a matter of minutes, and my withdrawal was processed quite quickly.
I have gone on to make a few deposits there, I think I am losing overall however, I have been extremely well looked after by their VIP Manager Zulema Suarez. She is such a darling and I must give her credit for responding and acting on any queries i have in a matter of minutes.
The overall experience thus far is so above any casino (save for Redbet) that I am considering not even bothering to play elsewhere. I have been taking it easy at BGO and have not played much this month - been really busy.
But, I just have to give credit where its due and I certainly have enjoyed playing there. Over the last year, I have had such terrible VIP Experiences at some accredited Casinos that I even opted to put a limit of $20 at some of them. I NEVER put a limit at any Casino, so places like Vera John and Videoslots can be proud they messed up my VIP Experience so much, it was a first
A few others are headed down that road - They just do not know how to treat players, but that is another subject altogether...
VIP is not VIP until you have had the BGO team visit your inbox - Thanks to the team and making my Gaming experience a cut above the rest!
