For what it's worth the MISTAKE is good.

there must be sth wrong on your account, i receive this chip mostly every day since last week.

Not sure what can be wrong with my account but If that is the problem they should say and not state that the promo is not valid anymore !! Anyway as you say, no need to make a big fuss over it considering the wagering requirement and the max cashout, good luck with your free bonuses anyway:)

Me too. Some days I get 2 free chips. Have not had any today also. Very nearly made the wager on one last week. I know its nearly impossible but its free after all - I appreciate it - thankyou tropica

Same here.

I often get 'There is $20 in your account' emails and there actually isnt.

I just dont bother - there are other Rivals who have their act together now who dont tell me I have something when I dont.

PROBLEM RESOLVED-Found $20 in my account this morning Seems that live support somehow had there wires crossed stating that the promotion was no longer valid. Thank you Tropica:)
 
I just made the $2000 playthrough!!! :thumbsup:

I finished a little under $60 and played down to $40 and cashed out, it wouldn't let me so I contacted support...it's a sticky, you have to have $60 to cash out $40...I was upset figuring ohhhhh no way, the money is going to disappear, I played a game for 1 minute and hit enough to cash out!!!

The bonus and security system at most of Rivals are crap. Also the customer service. Very ridiculous system. And the fact Meister lets them in the accredited section is odd. It is not suprising by far that they do this. Anyway even if they credit some players, they can cheat with others. Being fair to a part of players will not guarantee they cannot be unfair on the other side. They may secure them with this. Being fair to someone, who can be referred to later when others make complaints who were treated unfairly. It is nothing new, but still effective, it seems...
 
Found the free chip in my account a few hours after I posted in this thread. Found another a couple of hours after that (I assume the server time reached 12am) so I guess I am getting it everyday now. Thanks Tropica.

The only strange thing about this casino is when you withdrawal they send you an email saying "Your withdrawal will be processed by our accounting department within 2 business days." But when I asked chat they said 2-5 days???

So I'm assuming I will get paid on the 5th day.

no, it takes only some hours and the chat support have no clue, what they're saying, but i've actually started a thread about this, because i have always problems with them!

They only tell you the rival standard rules, but they've no clue about the difference casino terms!

He did, they were completely clueless.

As for the route they suggested, sending the query to promotions, and the one you suggested, sending a PM, this is a DAILY bonus, there simply isn't the TIME to allow for these routes, support MUST be on the ball, and be able to sort out issues surrounding such short timescale promotions straight away.

If an email is sent to a specific player with an offer, this is a PERSONAL invite, and the player has a RIGHT to feel cheated if they then find the casino reneges on the deal. If it's NOT a "personal invite", then the casino has sent SPAM, something casinos in general say "we don't do". This then makes them out to be LIARS to the player. NEITHER makes the casino look good, the player has either been cheated, or lied to.

These constant complaints about Rival make the entire brand look poor, especially to players like myself who so far have NOT tried Rival software, and fear that I may well get these kinds of problems if I did.
 
The general rival chat support is really bad, they do support for almost all rival powered casinos inluding tropica, so its not tropicas fault . The rules that are in the CASHIER apply to all promotions, different rules for each promotion, and they are quite well explained there, so if you follow those rules, you should not run into problems.

I've made a couple of small deposits...not done very well..no cashouts. But, I do get the $20 free everyday so it takes care of my Scary and Scary 2 fix:D
