Casino Complaint beware of inetbet.eu

Now, before I start I would like to state that I have no problems with inetbet.eu when it comes to paying out winnings, or their games (other than the fact that I dislike RTG games).

On January 19th of this year I emailed inetbet.eu support AGAIN to delete my account. This was the second email I have sent to their support in the year or two I have been a member.

This is almost 5 months ago. While I don't think I'm the archetype of a compulsive gambler, I have occasionally chased losses and I sometimes have a short temper when it comes to these sessions that just drain out. This would be the primary reason why I occasionally close accounts and/or limit myself in casinos. Also as said above while I am willing to play pretty much everything, I don't like RTG games very much, hence the desire to close said account. Inetbet.eu did not respond to said email in any way, nor did they delete the account as asked.

Now, this week I logged on to inetbet and what do you know, the account works. I am not sure how much I lost, and I don't care to count to a tee either. Probably a few hundred lost, I withdrew €150 and probably lost €300 or €400. The amount is not the issue, nor am I disputing any losses or anything of that kind, no Sir. I am not asking anyone to return my money, as it was played fair and square and as I feel the game was fair.

I do feel however, that this behaviour is EXTREMELY unethical and despite them claiming on their website that "If you request that your account at iNetBet be closed, we will do so immediately", they actually have no qualms in letting compulsive gamblers act on their compulsions despite trying to do the opposite.

I finally got the account closed as an actual support member did email me finally after emailing them AGAIN today. I still think this needs to be said out loud.

PS. Again, not asking for my money back or saying I've been cheated. Or that I have a compulsion that I blame others for.
