Carnival Casino may offer a lot of bonuses, but when you win, it doesnt let you take the money out. I started off with a 30$ bonus on my birthday and won 80$ with it. So after substracting 30$ bonus, i was left with 50$ solid money which i requested a withdrawal on 2nd Feb 2005 via moneybookers. The withdrawal was approved but the money never came to my moneybookers account. Repeated requests to send me the winnings i deserve have gone in vain. When I request live support, they say the money was sent to moneybookers and will arrive in my account soon. Its been a horrible experience , please guys DONT play at this casino.

Thank You

Thanks for the advice. Sorry that you didn't get paid. Hope they do pay you eventually. I will avoid them. Haven't really heard anything good about them anyway. :D

well i am a little surprised here........i won 400 off these guys, and it hit my neteller account with no problems. then i played again, and had no problems again, so really i wouldnt put them in the not rec coloum just yet.........

They have always paid me even large amounts (above $5000) but have since closed my acount because I had a very high winning percentage off their bonus money.

I received a birthday bonus of $15 last August and cashed out nearly $250 with no problems. I hope your problem gets solved soon. BTW,did you contact moneybookers?

I love to hate Carnival Casino. Why? Over the past two weeks I've sent out 7 emails clearly stating that I'd like them to quit sending me newsletters. Twice they've replied while not calling me by my name (phantom names). I think the staff are too busy sleeping. It seems like half of the PlayTech casino's has telephone operators who're tired. They give attitude, and somehow the customer should feel grateful for being ABLE to play at their casino's. It's like some lazy union workers, who know it's impossible for them to get fired based solely on their being lazy (prove it!). I guess that could be for a different thread.

Quickly, back to Carnival, while I feel (I've gone on about this too much, so I'm sorry) that most PlayTech casino's went through a software upgrade over the 4th quarter of '03 (feeling, remember), Carnival always dealt awful cards. I've likely depositing in the neighborhood of $600 ($200 first time, and 4 seperate $100 in hopes of winning back my losses... it's hard walking away from so many losses), and at no time did I ever get more than 20% up. This has always been the worst BJ game, considering that at one time, PlayTech BJ was quite beatable a couple years back. They can throw 200% bonuses at me all the time, but I won't bite anymore. I now feel there's a good reason so many PlayTech casino's are giving ridiculous bonuses.

Carnival as a whole is a pretty decent casino. Nice comps, 4 day payouts (if you send ID), and decent service I find. I would say that perhaps the problem lies with moneybookers. Eitherway if it isnt figured out maybe I can help you with the problem. My email is listed on my site.
Cheers

My experience

I deposited $100 at Carnival last year, collected a $200 bonus, met the WR and cashed out $4,000. Three days later the money was in my Netellar account. No fax back or any of the usual nonsense many places put you through. One of the better experiences I've had

I fully agree with the above of shiv888. Here's my very recent experience:

CARNIVAL CASINO ARE CRIMINALS

THIS IS A SUMMATION OF MY TRUE EXPERIENCE WITH CARNIVAL CASINO (www.carnivalcasino.com) AND SHOULD SERVE AS WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF THIS OUTFIT. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME IN CASE OF FURTHER QUESTIONS:

1. As Im a newcomer to online casinos, I made the mistake of only relying on review sites (Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) and

and

). BEWARE! These so-called review sites seem to be all in cahoots with Carnival. No thorough analyses are made e.g. auditors reports, fair play etc. There aim seems to be mainly score as many possible customer and deposits in a short time as possible before the bomb explodes and they are revealed for what they are: A bunch of crooks.
2. Deposits were made in Euros. Both times messages flashed stating that bonuses were awarded. Only option was to click on OK (thereby according to Carnivals logic accepting all terms and conditions tied to these bonuses).
3. I played roulette and lost, wagering more and eventually ended up with a positive balance. It was time to cash out and a request was made for a swift transfer.
4. Request was denied 48 hours later with no explanation offered. I called Carnivals hotline.
5. The smooth, cold operator told me to have read the terms and conditions before accepting a bonus. As if I was given a chance!
6. Through many different links I eventually found these terms which state that at least 8 times bonus AND deposit should be wagered before being able to cash out. In the interest of fair play..Totally unfair. Other casinos also have wagering requirements but only with regards to the bonus and NOT the deposits made.
7. An email was received requesting me to fax copies of my credit card to Carnival else no withdrawals will be possible. Quite clearly these guys want to get access to my bankaccount!
8. Having read the rest of the well hidden terms and conditions, Ive arrived at the conclusion that these are a bunch of crooks out there to draw as many deposits possible from the public without the intention to ever pay back:
- No proof of auditors are offered
- No real address exists
- No response is made to emails or live requests (except for basic chit-chat)
- The company is supposedly registered in Antigua
- The software is supplied by an infamous company
- The wagering requirements keep on changing (one writer mentioned that it once increased up to 60 times before dropping again!
- Etc etc etc.
9. What is fascinating is how Carnival manages to manipulate search engines such as Google. When entering the keywords online casinos, Carnival and its independent reviewers pop up all over. It is tough to find any criticism on this outfit. Search results are swamped by positive recommendations. This is a huge scam set up to overwhelm the reader into thinking this casino is honest.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.
(Any additional info, advise or comments will be welcomed)

My advice:-
1. Chill a bit.
2. ALWAYS read ALL the T&C's BEFORE you deposit money ANYWHERE!

I don't know much about Carnival, having never played there.
I know it's Playtech with a phantom bonus & WR of Deposit+Bonus x8 ($US).
Roulette is NOT allowed in WR - so clearly you did not read the T&C's!

They may well be crooks for all I know, but I think your post was well over the top & paranoid - the main problem here being your failure to read the T&C's before you started!

PS: Welcome to the forum!

To say these guys are crooks a bit strong, they do spam the crap out of you but as I posted earlier they always pay. My problem with them is that they closed my account because they said I had a 374% advantage on thier bonus money even though I was a very regular depositor. The 4 day reversal is totally rediculous though and when things dont go their way C/S can be extremely rude.

I've just started promoting Carnival Casino but have yet to review them. This is indeed an interesting thread. If you wish, I can speak to carnival casino direct on your behalf if you have outstanding gripes with them.

First up, how can you promote a casino without at least checking them out first? As an affiliate you have at least a moral responsibility to the players you promote to to make sure you they're in safe hands  I'm not suggesting Carnival isn't safe, I don't know, but you should at least know how the casinos you choose to promote treat their players.

Secondly, to advise everyone to "beware" of a casino and to advise them "not to play there" simply because of a bonus issue is OTT imho. It's my experience that most of those who complain about bonuses are purely repetitive bonus hunters who a) aren't exactly gonna be the casino's best friend anyway and b) aren't what i'd call a reliable judge of how a casino treats their players! A bonus is generally offerred so someone can try out the games, see if they like the place and choose whether to stick there or not. Its not there to feed the free lunch guys. I'm not suggesting you are anything but a straight-up player, just pointing out that the thread title suggests you condemn the casino to everyone.

All that said, 4 days to withdraw!! Why would *anyone* want to play there? Ok so that's on a par with plenty of other Playtechs but that's soooo crap. These are the sort of things you should be pointing out on your site Webzcas!

Cheers

Simmo!

PS. No i din't get out the wong side of bed but i'm feeling feisty today :D

Simmo, good points indeed. However literally they have been on my site for a couple of days and I have made enquiries about their setup with other people in the industry before agreeing to host their banners.

That said I do play at all the casinos and poker rooms I promote and check the time for cash out and the customer services support.

Your point about bonus hunters is spot on BTW.

the thread title suggests you condemn the casino to everyone.

That's not the case at all. If I gave that impression I am sorry as it was certainly not my intention to do so. I was actually trying to be helpful to the players complaining. I was not agreeing with their statements. :

Good to hear Webzcas

Simmo, it's not only Playtech. I've experienced it with others too, including MG. Too often, when id proof is required, emails "get lost" despite the fact that you have all their email addresses on your safe list, phone numbers are "incorrectly" dialed or your answering machine didn't go on.

Whether the issue is lack of funds or finance dept work overload, an automatic email confirmation of payout request should be sent, and a follow-up if it takes too long. Telling your client you're working overtime to get to his request, that you'll end up working all week-end if need be, and a follow-up telling him/her that your family hasn't seen you in weeks but that your priority is the client's getting paid would avoid many unnecessary upsets or disappointments.

The justifications don't matter. Communication lines should be kept opened. That goes for all casinos out there, no matter which software they use.

I agree - the player/consumer/client should not have to put up with the internal problems and inefficiencies of any business, especially when they are persistent as we can see from other threads on this forum. If casinos can't sort themselves out then they are going to lose business.
