Betzest big win, verification & withdrawal issue

I choose betzest, bc casinomeiser review include "no limit, 24h, weekend payout". I won 9k here. I uploaded my passport and bank statement. It was difficult, bc max allowed size is 0.5 Mb. I didn't receive any email. I asked on chat about verification and they said me, that need send selfi with passport and bank statement with recent transactions. My bank statement don't include any transaction, bc I using cash. They asking for utility bill, but I don't receiving this bills on my name.

So, I don't know that I need to do. Betzest rep don't answer me. His last activity was 4 September.

Max withdrawal is 1000 euro per transaction. It's little bit weird for me have no limit payout and so low cap per transaction.
 
You still asking transactions for the last 6 months, but I opened my bank account 1 week ago. There is no transactions. I using cash. I can't understand why you need this transactions for confirm my address.

On the statement that you sent, there is no proof that is of the last six months, according to our finance department, and it is showing no transactions. This is not needed to verify your address.

Also we need a photo of the payment method card, showing only the last four digit according to clause 3.1 of our T&C's ( Outdated URL (Invalid) ) to fully verify your account. As soon as you provide the relevant documents, we can process your request instantly.

I deposited via ecopayz and want withdraw to ecopayz back. Why you need photo of my bank card? I sent a few screenshots of ecopayz early.

I think here is no one reason asking photo of my bank card, if I didn't use it.

I don't think so. They asked ID and bill. I sent. They asked selfi after that. I sent. They asked transactions for the last 6 months on statement and ecopayz screenshots after that. I sent. They asking bank card now.

Looks like Betzest just don't want to pay.

Why would they want copies of a card and bank statement for a card and bank account that has never been used at that casino? I wouldn't supply them either.

I agree if this is KYC. This sounds like an SOW investigation. I understand the OP does have a debit/credit card but if he hadn't, would the casino still insist on getting this info? Or would they proceed to ask bank statements, paychecks etc.?

SOW/KYC, theres no reason to ask for front and back of any card that hasn't been used at the casino asking. Bank statements, maybe depending on the reason, but a card doesn't show anything that could possibly tie into SOF/SOW.

Betzest have technical problems with skrill, neteller and ecopayz at the same time. Probably, they don't have money or don't want to pay.

I never understood how casinos in general can accept deposits with a method that they are unable to process a withdrawal to? I've encountered this quite a few times over the years, just seems strange because the casino's always want the withdrawal method to be the same as the deposit method. I understand issues do arise from time to time and that is acceptable, but this seems to happen far too often in my opinion.

It's a bigger issue for Canadians as our options for deposit/withdrawal are more limited (No credit card/Skrill/NetTeller/PayPal).

I'm sure BetZest will pay the OP, I do not understand why a debit card picture is needed. In fact, if he/she never deposited with it, I would be a bit scared to share this information for no reason.
 
I don't get this, let me work it out. He can deposit by any method that's usable by that casino (I don't know what ones can't be bothered looking but looks like he used an ewallet similar to PayPal or skrill) his bank card never touched the casino once. So by providing his bank card details that verifies him? Should the method he used to deposit be used for verification? If not then the casino should not offer that method of depositing in the first place. Reason I'm asking is when you register for PayPal or skrill or neteller you must verify yourself to them in the first place. So IMO that should be proof enough. If they are willing to accept deposits by a third party they should be willing to accept verification by the same third party.

All withdrawal methods except international bank transfer (10k euro) on betzest have 1000 euro limit. Maybe I don't understand what "no payout limits" means?
 
Betzest offered me withdraw to neteller 2 days ago. I agreed and reveived 4k via neteller. They cancelled my withdrawal to neteller today and ask me withdraw to ecopayz. They paid 2k, but all of this looks like a joke.
 
I received all my money from Betzest after 12 days when I sent my last document or after 20 days when I first time wanted to withdraw. Also, they asked me to reply about it here.

Fishy casinos are always trying to make hassle with vertification/withdraw and they just wish customer will lose patiente and loss his winnings back..
Personally, im highly allergic on casinos who does this - so thank you for this thread, ill add this casino to my "ban-list" and ill never register there..

So, "we have paid sums larger than this, instantly" means player reveived same amount (2k) instantly every day for a long time.
