I choose betzest, bc casinomeiser review include "no limit, 24h, weekend payout". I won 9k here. I uploaded my passport and bank statement. It was difficult, bc max allowed size is 0.5 Mb. I didn't receive any email. I asked on chat about verification and they said me, that need send selfi with passport and bank statement with recent transactions. My bank statement don't include any transaction, bc I using cash. They asking for utility bill, but I don't receiving this bills on my name.

So, I don't know that I need to do. Betzest rep don't answer me. His last activity was 4 September.

Max withdrawal is 1000 euro per transaction. It's little bit weird for me have no limit payout and so low cap per transaction.
 
You still asking transactions for the last 6 months, but I opened my bank account 1 week ago. There is no transactions. I using cash. I can't understand why you need this transactions for confirm my address.

On the statement that you sent, there is no proof that is of the last six months, according to our finance department, and it is showing no transactions. This is not needed to verify your address.

Also we need a photo of the payment method card, showing only the last four digit according to clause 3.1 of our T&C's ( Outdated URL (Invalid) ) to fully verify your account. As soon as you provide the relevant documents, we can process your request instantly.

I deposited via ecopayz, but Betzest casino asking photo of my debit/credit card for verification. Why I need to do it?
 
If you only used EcoPayz when you deposited then you only need to take a screenshot of the account (EcoPayz) with the account numbers showing and maybe also your registered address etc.

I deposited via ecopayz and want withdraw to ecopayz back. Why you need photo of my bank card? I sent a few screenshots of ecopayz early.

I think here is no one reason asking photo of my bank card, if I didn't use it.

I agree if this is KYC. This sounds like an SOW investigation. I understand the OP does have a debit/credit card but if he hadn't, would the casino still insist on getting this info? Or would they proceed to ask bank statements, paychecks etc.?

SOW/KYC, theres no reason to ask for front and back of any card that hasn't been used at the casino asking. Bank statements, maybe depending on the reason, but a card doesn't show anything that could possibly tie into SOF/SOW.

Betzest have technical problems with skrill, neteller and ecopayz at the same time. Probably, they don't have money or don't want to pay.
