I'm not sure if I am over reacting, but I deposited $50 yesterday as per the terms of the 50 free spins promotion.

I am on with live chat, and I must say I am very disappointed. There is no resolution, and the rep says speaking to a supervisor is not even an option.

I am being told that along with the $50 deposit, I needed to wager $50 IN ONE SPIN/ROUND to qualify for the 50 spins. As such, I was given only 20 spins, and I am not entitled to complain, speak to a supervisor or anything else....end of story, just take my 20 spins and that is all.

I am furious. No where does it say I had to bet $50 in one spin, it just said I needed to deposit and wager $50...which I did.

Customer service is not making any sense, uses extremely poor English, and the finality of her tone reminds me of some real bad casinos out there. How quickly a casino can go from top of my list to the poo poo list.

Anyone else only get 20 spins where it was supposed to be 50? If there was an error, and CS would at least engage in conversation that would be one thing, but this rep is aggressively saying $50 needed to be bet in one round, that's all....no more discussion, end of story. I don't qualify. That is no way to have a conversation, especially when I believe the casino is in the wrong here.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment and unpleasant experience.
Just to clarify, for the promotion in question you just needed to deposit €50 or more and bet €50 during the qualifying period to qualify for 50 free spins and not bet €50 in a single spin.

I've just reviewed your account and I can see that you actually bet the required amount during the period so my sincere apologies for any confusion.

I have just checked the reporting and I think I have pinpointed the problem. When your qualifying deposit was converted into EUR it was below €50 but obviously for Canadians in CAD they just needed to deposit $50. This is an oversight/human error on our behalf and as such I have credited your account with an additional 50 free spins as way of compensation and please rest assured that this wont happen again.

I hope that this is satisfactory and that we can be removed from your poo poo list in the near future.

Yesterday I had a withdrawal and after about 4 hours I contacted live chat to be told that the person that processes the withdrawals was asleep and basically that if he's not awake then withdrawals won't be processed. I honestly thought it was just an off night for them until tonight. I had a withdrawal flushed this afternoon and many hours later it still wasn't processed.I just contacted live chat and was told that the person that processes the withdrawals hadn't been online in the 2 hours since the cs started his shift and had been trying to reach him regarding another payment. Really not sure what to make of this. I know I'll be paid by the morning but when they are rated here to pay between 1-4 hours it's really disappointing to have to wait for someone to have their nap first. Oh well. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.

I'll be honest here, withdrawals for the majority of our players will be processed quite quickly. Our payments team are working during our peak hours to make sure that happens. That being said if you are in Canada I regret to inform you that it may take a little bit longer compared to payments being processed for our European players, due to the time difference with skeleton staff during what is the early hours of the morning for us here in Europe.

Its a fair point that you make though and we are hoping to bolster our staff numbers to have better coverage for you guys from a payments perspective as soon as possible.

I even tried roulette with $175...and it kept landing on the small percentage that bets werent placed on ........ .... ..

And dont even get me started on DOA. That son of a.......took me around 800 spins at one time to even trigger a feature.

My latest withdrawal is also taking twice the amount of time they've mentioned, and live support wasn't able to clarify that for me, so now I have to wait for an email. Don't think I'll be coming back with that $20 deficit before I even get to win! Too bad.

I asked her if she could give me total number of spins i have done on doa and she did it for me very quickly without any excuse that it will take a long time and i will get an email, she calculated them for me there and then
