Turns out the chat rep was solo on the shift and nipped out to grab a bite to eat. I did suggest that a "back at 02:15" or a "back in 10 mins, please send an email if I you don't want to wait" message would fit well with their friendly and personal tone. It's very unusual to have a face to go with that voice or typing at the other end of the line.
I waited maybe 4 minutes last night. No one hung the "potty break" sign out

Being in Canada, most of my play is outside main business hours. Although I have yet to test cashout speed, this was my fourth deposit the other night, and I have some free spins to look forward to tomorrow. 48 hours from the time they are issued, which is great, I occasionally miss some elsewhere because of a midnight cut-off.
