Appreciate I've mentioned this before Phil but politely wondering if anything maybe happening with regards to the expansion of deposit options.

I know there can be charges incurred but I know for sure you'd see a lot more of me and my weekly gaming budget if Ukash was a deposit option (try to avoid a bank statement full of casino transactions ) and I'm sure I'm not alone of this one!

Had the idea to suggest that some sites charge 50p for a £20 Ukash deposit, may help to cover the charges etc but then bonuses which require 'a minimum of £20' would be missed and this is where the snowball starts I guess.....

The plan is to add paysafecard in the near future. I believe Skrill acquired UKash so we will see what happens from them in terms of allowing new merchants on-board.
Obviously if we can add UKash as well then that will be something that we will look to do.

Got plenty of ideas, some realistic that won't send Betspin bankrupt overnight and others that may require some 'fine tuning' but sure the guys on here will help me out

Firstly we all love free spins (especially when WR free) and we all moan when its the likes of Starburst, Gonzo's, Light's and Twin Spin

So how about a month end 'reward' basing on the amount of deposit (or wagers) a player has made in a particular time period.

For example starting 1st of the month. £20 gets you 10FS, your 2nd deposit that month gets you a further 12FS, 3rd deposit a further 15FS and so on upto a cap maybe 100FS??

These cannot be used until say last couple of days of month 28th onwards?? and the player can choose from a list of maybe 7-8 various games (and ideally not just Netent games maybe?)

Good way to do it ...) I tend to use the built in depo limits these days . Works for me. So I can only ever deposit a set amount. And rare these days stray from the accredited list here. easy as making a few clicks

Withdrawals are lighting fast (below screenshot generated a w/d that got processed in mere minutes). The whole process for getting verified was smooth as butter also. I find that once you are in a game, everything is fine. My only complaints come from the slow navigation, chat bar not being pinned down, and no Ukash/Paysafe. Two other problems exist:

1. The Home page sometimes does not give you the log in screen - This is a pop up. Why all the graphics and pictures when you could be directed straight to the lobby with an already embedded login screen?

2. I have logged in and 8/10 times I cannot see any games or search for them. I try Firefox and Chrome with no joy. If you click Slots, theres nothing there - you can't even search. I have tried on different PC's and Browsers.



Please fix these annoying little bugs - I made a deposit and i cant play any Slot apart from Stickers which is advertised in the banner on the home page.

I have tried it several times to no avail. Tried clearing cache etc - Chat advises me of an update applied and to try again after clearing my cache. Will try that soon.

OK thanks. Yup sometimes after a deployment from our dev team you may need to hit refresh or clear your cache if the games disappear.

This usually fixes the problem instantly but we appreciate that not every player may realize that they need to do this, so we are working on a more practical long term solution ASAP. Fingers crossed this works for you but if not just let me know.

Yesterday I had a withdrawal and after about 4 hours I contacted live chat to be told that the person that processes the withdrawals was asleep and basically that if he's not awake then withdrawals won't be processed. I honestly thought it was just an off night for them until tonight. I had a withdrawal flushed this afternoon and many hours later it still wasn't processed.I just contacted live chat and was told that the person that processes the withdrawals hadn't been online in the 2 hours since the cs started his shift and had been trying to reach him regarding another payment. Really not sure what to make of this. I know I'll be paid by the morning but when they are rated here to pay between 1-4 hours it's really disappointing to have to wait for someone to have their nap first. Oh well. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.
