I just spoke to Marcus on bet spins they said they wont add the depositing bonuses match from yesterday as I made a complaint on here .Nice

This is very true. Just joined Mecca and play through on bonus just x1. Most bingo sites are x2 or x4 so pretty good.

I tend to play the big games with very long odds and realise that wins are rare or even never but the upside is that you don't get that "pop another £20" chasing losses temptation. With bingo you expect to lose most games!

The window of viewable text is only 5 lines deep and VERY narrow - meaning you can only see a tiny portion of the chat without scrolling.
There is LOADS of room to make this window bigger - could you see if this could be done please?

Thanks for the feedback and reporting the issues you have encountered with the live chat facility.
This is is a problem we are aware about for devices with lower resolution settings. A quick fix may be to increase your screen resolution (this may still be a problem with iPad mini).

That being said this is obviously not a good long term fix, which is why we have been working on a new chat layout to accommodate users who are also using devices with a lower screen resolution.
I'm hoping this new chat layout will be rolled out in the next few weeks, so I would like to thank you for your patience whilst we fix this in the meantime.

This is is a problem we are aware about for devices with lower resolution settings. A quick fix may be to increase your screen resolution (this may still be a problem with iPad mini).

That is not the case in my instance - I'm using a standard (large) laptop with screen resolution 1366 x 768!
The chat window appears to be only 200 x 82 pixels.

Two other issues for you to address please:
a) For some strange reason, my balance is displayed to 3 decimal places. Why on earth does it do that?

b) The game window is only a fraction of my whole screen - I think you need a "zoom" or "full screen" setting.

Re game size. Find this is common on most casinos. For nettent games.I tend to zoom to 33% which counter intuitively makes the game larger proportionate to the screen.

You may need to try different sizes depending on your resolution.

I had the same thing last week and the issues never even got address and I just get annoyed. Games also keep freezing and I did say but nothing was said about it had to keep reloading the game play

Hey,

In that case my sincere apologies. Usually when that happens its on smaller screen resolutions but like I say we will be rolling out a new chat layout in the very near future, which will hopefully combat these problems.

Likewise we are currently aware of the issues with balances showing too many decimal places. Spintee showed me a screenshot earlier and I thought he had won the Hall of Gods jackpot at first glance.

I probably sound like a bit of a broken record here but we also have a new game page coming which will hopefully combat any resolution problems as well but as Citzenx mentions this can be a problem with a lot of other casinos and his suggestion is a good way to get around it in the meantime.

Apologies that I don't have all of the fixes ready just yet but they are coming along with a lot of other new exciting features as well.
