In that case my sincere apologies. Usually when that happens its on smaller screen resolutions but like I say we will be rolling out a new chat layout in the very near future, which will hopefully combat these problems.

Likewise we are currently aware of the issues with balances showing too many decimal places. Spintee showed me a screenshot earlier and I thought he had won the Hall of Gods jackpot at first glance. :D

I probably sound like a bit of a broken record here but we also have a new game page coming which will hopefully combat any resolution problems as well but as Citzenx mentions this can be a problem with a lot of other casinos and his suggestion is a good way to get around it in the meantime.

Apologies that I don't have all of the fixes ready just yet but they are coming along with a lot of other new exciting features as well. :)

Yeah it was me rambling on to Spintee about cutting down on slots and joining Mecca :)

One of the better bingo sites. Chat rooms not as good as Jackpotjoy but the bingo itself has more variety and is better. It's good to root out the fixed prize money games at times when fewer play. I think some of those games lose the house edge.

Won £27 since last night and barely dipped into my bonus money.

But the screen in the cashier shows them as being uploaded over a 47 minute period, at least 40 minutes before I actually did it! :confused:

Hopefully this means they will pay my withdrawal before I actually request it! :p

But the screen in the cashier shows them as being uploaded over a 47 minute period, at least 40 minutes before I actually did it! :confused:

Hopefully this means they will pay my withdrawal before I actually request it! :p

Exactly the same happened to me a couple months ago - they approved them super fast but weird nonetheless!

That is strange. I am not sure what has happened there but I will get that investigated and apologies for any confusion.
That being said I've just had a quick look at your account and can confirm that all your documentation has been approved, so you should not have any problems requesting any withdrawals moving forward.

Plus we are also working on a new feature which will request withdrawals for you before you even ask. No I am joking! :D

We have to remember myself included this casino only 6months old and still growing it self and still a baby . I'm sure the issues with it will sort it self out over time .In all the best casino rep around and I see this casino getting awards in the further .Its good are feedback s getting looked at and can only improve the casino in the long run. You won't regret it. I believe in constructive criticism so you'll see in my history I'll say what's on my mind. Not found anything yet to be negative about and been with them a little while now.

Strikes me as a casino built by online casino users for online casino users. Very professional but also remembers each player is important.

Like to keep my options open but definitely my favourite casino now.

The casino fairly new there going to be errors from time to time the software not the casino fault .I think its good added more games like poker .Its nice to see the survey we filled out some time ago got the ideas going up on the website . Phil does his best I'm sure :thumbsup:
 
Obviously the casino is responsible for having decent software. Thats the only thing they get money to provide..

If the airline you were traveling with had an airplane with only 1 engine working, would you also excuse them saying "its just the airplane, its not the airlines fault"?

I've had a look and there is no Deuces & Joker wild from NetEnt or PNG but there is one from MG, which can be found here (on desktop only) - Outdated URL (Invalid).
Its a slightly older and more classic VP game but all the deuces and jokers are wilds. :cool:

You need to have a look at your 10% cash back promo the amount is payed only on 10% deposit amount and you state its on net losses that means any losses made in wagering too. the term net means total so 10% on total losses would be the amount wagered eg i win 500 of my $20 deposit and lose it all my net losses are over $50.

I'm sorry to hear that this promotion has caused some confusion.

Just to clarify the cash back bonuses are only awarded for deposited and real money funds that are lost at the casino. As it would not make much commercial sense for us to give bonuses on bonus funds lost. In terms of the wording, from our standpoint the 'Gross Losses' were intended as (deposited + bonus funds) lost at the casino and the 'Net Losses' were intended as (gross losses - bonus funds).

If you click on the 'Casino Bonus Terms' button it does actually state the below:

"Kindly note, bets placed and lost with bonus funds will not count or qualify towards your cash back payment."

That being said if it is causing some confusion we will definitely look to make it more clearer on the promotional page ASAP.

If you deposit £20 and get your balance up to £1000 and lose it you still only get cashback on your original deposit.

Cashback on all sites is the same. You get it back on net losses. Its worked out as amount lost - amount won. So obviously if you only deposit £20 and bust out your net loss is only £20.

So their cashback works fine and its the same as any other site. If you win £100 then lose £100 you have not lost anything as you are back where you started.

Agree with Paul and Jon. I've always read cash back to be a percentage of deposit lost. Deposit £100 and if lose it all get back a tenner.

It's still a good deal as gives you a few extra spins :)

If it were 10% losses on wagering the casino would lose vast amounts as they only gain around 4% (on average) of each hundred wagered. If running at 96% RTP and worked through a tenner you'd pretty much triple your deposit with 10% cash back on wagered amount.

Very true Gemma. It's uncomfortable all round. Sometimes we are so busy ensuring our residents are hydrated that we forget to drink ourselves lol.

I did end up playing my slotmeister bonus through and turned my £20 into £43 after WR so happy with that as been losing a bit recently (although still up on the year) :)

It looks like your payment was made in EUR instead of AUD. So $20 would have been €13.78, which is what you received in AUD.

Then when CS responded i could not scroll down to re reply or see anything extra CS have said.
I use win 8.1 with a touchscreen if that helps at all.

Thanks for raising this, it is actually something we are aware about and we have already been working on a fix, which I am hopeful we can roll out in the next few weeks. The problem seems to be for some users who have a low screen resolution of 800x600 or lower. If you can get your resolution to 1024x768 or above you should be good.

We appreciate that this is far from ideal but a fix is coming as a matter of priority.

Just checked my resolution

I am running 1366x768 in landscape.
So hoping fix comes soon as does not make for pleasurable experience if you have to chat with CS at the moment.

Apart from that really liking the Casino

Hi Phil,

you are offering now AUD as i can read from your post, that is great. Is there any chance you can change my account from EUR to AUD.

That is the main reason i have deposited so little lately at Betspin. 100$ cost me 2800THB and 100 EUR = 3800THB. Hence i deposited mainly at VS, CasinoLuck, Next, Thrills and Bet-At lately as i can play there in AUD.
