I have to disagree. Firstly, I sent in all my requested ID photos.
I logged in to find that my "proof of address" had been rejected.
Proof of address being a water bill - pretty fundamental utility bill I'm sure you'll all agree.
Anyhow, I send in an email asking WHY it's been rejected.
Linette from support tells me there's been a mistake. Fair enough - I concur.
Anyway, 2 days later, I notice the withdrawal request is still "awaiting approval", and in the "my account" section, there's a "payment method" request for verification now mysteriously awaiting "approval" dated 1/1/1970. Now, this is obviously a software glitch of some sort... I'm in the IT trade myself, so no biggie....
I contact support today, and I'm told by some CS droid named Irene, that my withdrawal can't be completed because I haven't sent in all my requested documents!!
To me, this is straight-Up ROGUE behaviour.
What the heck is going on here at BetSpin? Or CM, for that matter?? I chose to deposit at Betspin based on the strength of the accreditation it got at CM, likewise
at Thrills Casino (maybe another story for another day but I digress!) .... anyway, I'd say to anyone looking for somewhere to deposit, AVOID BetSpin BIG TIME.
