I closed my account (same at Trada and several others like bet-at and Guts) as I made a decision not to play MG Quickfire games any more. Just cannot stand the slow-spin-then-win nonsense any longer. Just makes them unplayable to me. I've tried looking around before the reels stop, setting them if possible on fast-play but I cannot help but notice it, there's no way to escape it.
From now-on I'll stick to the 32red sites for my MG play, on download.
It's a shame as good sites are being let down by this bollocks and it's not their fault. If you players can tolerate it, fair play to you - but I can't.
I am pleased for you. Don't think I've forgotten you, I will be back, I was very pleased with my experiences, and now that winter heat bills have stopped I have a little more to indulge my vices. I love being Canadian, but this winter was especially cold.
Dunover, the one thing I found playing at Betspin, is that it is NOT on the crappy EveryMatrix server, thus those MG Quickfire issues really don't happen. It is a different processing delay when loading the game or navigating their site, but the games, even the Net Ent and Mg issues the likes of Guts were having are a non-issue here at all.
I agree with others who posted that this site kicks some serious butt, and will be up there with the best of em come awards time.
Cant say I'm as enthusiastic as the rest here. Games that lag, a chat function that tells you "We will answer you in 1 min" for several hours (I guess they decided it wasn't worth telling their customers they went on hollyday), and nowhere to see how much of a bonus WR you completed.
I miss the times when casinos were more professional than the guy setting up a hot dog stand on the street.

You must of got them on a off day, Just checked live chat and answered whiten 30 seconds, Games have always been fine low the site it self is abit slow, To get wager go to account / settings,

I got a hold of the same lady now, Tove. She uses aprox 3 minutes to answer even the simplest question, and said she was new. I can fully understand that it can take time to learn stuff at a new workplace, but I can't understand how the managers can let a new person be in charge of the live chat on a hollyday as this when she clearly ain't ready for it.
No one forces them to keep their Casino open 24/7, when they chose too, they should man it properly.
