isnt it funny when they say 5-7 days to get paid it always takes more than that . i dont get it why do casinos wait forever to process and actually get paid in the meantime more days go by before i can deposit again. dont they want to make it faster so i can deposit and lose more money?
and why do we always have to contact cashier @ whatevercasino.com is that not reps job? arent they there to help us out to expedite our cash outs.
im trying to think like if it was my casino bussiness. why do some casinos pay within hours and some days and some weeks? if quicktender can put money in a casino in minutes why cant there be a process to do it the other way around? there should be a company that would allow casinos to expedite cashouts in minutes and let the paperwork and such be handled after we get paid.
im getting pissed off at more and more casinos specially when they have reps who cant be courteous and knowledgable.

That is the MAIN reason why i ONLY play at some casinos like 32Red, 3Dice, Royal Vegas, Sloto, they pay very fast, some pay me in the moment that i click cashout like 3Dice. If you deposit in minutes they must pay fast too.
So good luck with your cashout!!!!!!

Maybe they are hoping the player will reverse the withdrawal the longer it sits there? From my experience, the longer it takes to process my payout the more I play somewhere else in that down time.

yea they always tell me " well if you must play u can cancel the cashout"

yea right then i have to wait another 14 dyas to cashout and start all over

I thought it has been said they were working on faster payments??? Well, I guess it's no matter to me, since I have pretty much not been depositing anywhere lately. The whole prospect of winning anything this year has been quite daunting, let alone worrying about being paid. In the past couple months I have spent the same (approximate $3000) budget, but I've been having some good runs at my land based casino, which is only an hour away. It's well worth the drive and until the online casinos show me reason why I should deposit and play there, I think I am going to stay away from them and on my present course. Besides, whenever I want to take a couple days, they comp my room and I eat on the house, as well. All I have to do is give them my action and that does not mean lose. ;)
I wonder how many people, like me, have just gotten disgusted with the whole thing and either quit or started just going to the real casinos, where you can win and walk out the door with it in minutes? There are plenty of places in the USA within a reasonable drive. I think online casinos are fast losing their grip here with their present mode of operation.

let's see now we have 3-4 main software providers playtech, rival, microgaming and whatever I'm just sorta going back to an old 3 dice post about new machines paying out big in first little while and then tightening right up to re-establish the variance. I wonder.......... If this is a common software programming mistake? Not really a mistake because the goal is to attract customers.

But to the topic at hand it's a good idea to have another casino to play while you sit and wait.

Absolutely, let's hear it for Real Casino's!!!!!

Its very simple.

If a casino takes more than 48 hours to pay you they dont value your custom.

Just ask some of those Rival white labels that went bust - one of the big issues was payment delays and guess what...all their players left!

BetPhoenix is heading down the same path, and I would have thought Nicolas Johnson would have learned about what players really want by now.

Bonuses, competitions, tourneys, blah blah - forget it. Give me a casino with instant or 24 hour cashouts and I am there will bells on.

@tat00 - after you get paid, explain to them that you wont be returning until they show they value your business. I would recommend Inetbet, although some people take issue with them, they always pay in less than 24 hours and there are never any hassles, plus the odd bonus is nice with decent WR.

to nifty
inetbet pays good but i must say worst customer service i no longer play there because of it.

i checked back today with betpheonix and talked to sam all they can say is they are experiencing some technical difficulties when i asked give me a specific date they said they dont know my reply was well we went from 5-7 days and now its 9 and counting great job betpheonix i dont think i will be playing there anymore.

i mean cmon give me a better excuse than that and 2 days ago the excuse was the cashier is sick today. go figure

I have to ask... what is the payout % of the games in your land based casino?

Absolutely, let's hear it for Real Casino's!!!!!

I love Land based casinos... but that is mostly because I like to drink when I gamble, it is a way for me to go out and blow off steam.

But, most land based casinos are actually a lot tighter than online. It is just that most players take huge bonuses and then go bust on trying to meet huge play thoughts... although you can always just deposit cash, withdraw cash.

A minimum theoretical percentage payout of 80 percent for slot machines during the expected life of the game.

BetPhoenix is heading down the same path,

Woah there. Heading down the same path? You make it sound like VRC went broke, when in fact Vegas Regal Casino is one of the best Rival casinos and is still improving. I feel proud of what I did there; I was part of something that many people appreciated; and still do.

If I can work with Bet Phoenix Casino and in less than a 12-24 months have helped create one of the favorite RTGs like VRC is one of the favorite Rivals, I'm going to be very happy.

I realize that is what you want. And that is actually why we are going to launch a sister casino that will have a small bonus-fast payout model.

I have really been wanting to make Bet Phoenix my RTG of choice...but until I start hearing about players being paid fast, I will probably continue to steer clear of them.

I agree, Vegas Regal is a great casino...and you certaintly did some great things there....but Bet Phoenix still seems to need a lot of work.

And I don't think players should suffer with slow payouts simply because you offer large bonuses. The max cashouts I can understand, and don't mind them with huge bonuses....but I don't think you can use large bonuses as an argument for taking your time with payments.

So for the meantime I will watch from the sidelines until we start seeing 48 hours max cashout time...give us what we want NJ!

You are right... Bet Phoenix Casino will eventually have 48 hour payouts. But in the meantime, we are looking to launch a sister RTG with much quicker payouts, like 24 hour payouts, but low bonuses.

Many of your competitors regularly offer 150-200 % deposit match bonuses with NO max cash out NJ, yet Ive never seen offers like this from betphoenix.
Its one of the principle reasons i dont deposit often with you. After all why would I? Its one thing having a max cashout but its another to limit it to such small amounts such as x10 or x15. X 50 Maybe. Seriously. I would hate to know how many people take your bonuses and then win randoms and end up with nothing because of this :S

You are talking about sign up.

For sign up we offer 100% No Max Cashout... but also regularly offer 100%+ No Max Cashout on reloads. Just contact support to find out our latest bonuses and you will see. I find this very competitive.

hello nicolas im just reading your above statement . i ponder over to why you need to add yet another casino to speed things up on payouts ? maybe its time that bet phoenix pulled there socks up & paid people far more quickly that way you wouldnt have half the threads on here to begin with ! pointless opening another casino until youve at least got your first casino under some control imho , shouldnt make any odds wether your having another casino . i think if i was running one i would listen to what the players want, im not stating doing everything they ask but in there way there telling you what they dont want . thats slow payouts

I do understand that the first time u withdrawl it will take some time since there is secutitychecks and all - but the next ones should be able to go alot faster than many casinos do.
How come some casinos can have instant or a few hours payout (like 3dice, inetbet and 32red) and others cant?

wow to my surprise i received my money - i am greatly appriciated for this its just i still feel like i had to do alot of pushing just to receive my money . this is my 3rd withdrawal like this always have to go to chat with rep to see why i havent received my money :(

I agree! Why cant you just speed up the BP withdraws????:what: I almost never take a bonus there either....the max cash restrictions are awful. I wouldnt know about withdraw times as ive never had the opportunity seeing as how i never get much over my starting balance

I would also like to know the reason(s) for the delayed payouts for repeat customers.

Thats a good question. Is it due to being understaffed? I know a few of your support reps that should be put in the back room and not allowed to converse with customers.... maybe you can just have them just process payouts.

:lolup::lolup::lolup:

I think this is why Inet pays so fast:p

i think thats a good idea- payout within 48 hours and i promise i will be your number one casino to deposit with -infact i will be a vip in no time :)

A sister casino?

Why launch a sister casino, why can't BP do everything your saying the sister casino will do. Will the sister casino also bonus ban players for taking bonuses and winning? I read in another formum where a player received an e-mail stating BP does not want to do business with them anymore AFTER the player withdrew 1400 dollars. Here is part of the e-mail:

This e mail is to inform you that your pending payout plus the balance you had in your account was paid today to your UseMyWallet account for a total of $1435.92; we regret to inform you that your account has been closed; we are not going to take your business anymore as per management decision. Thank you for your understanding

Best regards,

If your going to open a sister casino, the nonsense of bonus banning players for being a "negative value player" and closing accounts has to stop. It is pure luck that players actually win, make the high playthrough and cashout. But, if a player makes 10, 11 12 and more deposits and never cashes out they are offered all these free chips and promotions and just loved by the casino. BUT when the player actually gets lucky and goes to cash out, they get the run around and BOOM, slapped with a bonus ban or their account closed.

When, and if this casino does open, listen to what players are saying, do more than listen, ACT ON IT. Players want no max cashout promotions, give it to them. Let them enjoy their playtime without the headaces. All the accredited casinos on this forum, for the most part all have speedy cashouts in common.

Educate your CS staff. I would imagine a good percentage of the problem posts would be eliminated if the CS staff knew the ins and outs of the business. When players go to CS to ask a question, they don't want to wait while the CS goes and asks thier supervisor, or gets transferred to the supervisor.

Lastly, communication is the key to success here. Don't have one CS saying one thing then the player gets an e-mail or goes back to CS and gets a totally different answer from someone else. Nothing is more annoying then getting 2 very different answers to the same question from 2 different CS reps.

These are just a few things I would like to see in a new casino, just my opinion.

Maybe he doesn't have as much say on the payout times at BP and the sister site is actually gonna be his(NJ) gig with full control...;)

I have to ask... what is the payout % of the games in your land based casino?

In all fairness, I do not know the exact payout %. All I know is that I have not had 102 losing sessions there, like I have had at RTG this year. I do know that out of 6 visits I am up $800 and have only lost my entire bank roll 1 time there. I have a weekly slot play comp of $100 and I only have to wager it 1x thru before I can cash out. Considering I have 5 days per month free rooms and the buffet pretty much any time I want, it's a good value.

I have suspected a long time ago that something changed for me at RTG once I hit 4 random jackpots at the end of last year. Since then the game play for me has been so obviously terrible that it is highly suspect, almost like a universal RTP is kicking in across all RTG powered casinos. I've made 9 deposits at BP. It just felt like everything else I've played all year....tight.

As far as bonuses, I used to play every weekend at Cherry Red with a 200% no max, 20x playthrough. I believe they still offer it. Also, my comp points accumulated at 1 point for every $7 wagered and each 100 points was worth $1. BP has the worst comps program I've seen.
