This week, Betospin Casino confiscated my winnings. After two days of demanding explanations and proof, it turns out they didn't give me any proof and also blocked my account access. I'm new to this forum. Is there a Betospin representative here? How should I proceed to file a complaint?

Firstly, welcome to Casinomeister, I can see you are fairly new around here. I am sorry to hear you are having some problems with Betospin.

Betospin does not have a rep registered at Casinomeister, they also don't have much of a footprint. Rarely mentioned and if they are, then it is normally not very good.

I cannot access their website, they are blocking my IP from where I am. However, from Google I can see the following:

"A company registered under Costa Rican laws with registration number 3-102-899429, located at 3335 10th Avenue, Catedral District, San José City, San José"

As we have seen many times before, Costa Rica is not really a licensing jurisdiction and more of a certificate to say that you accept bets. There are no protections for players at casinos licensed here.

You can submit a complaint, known as a PAB. However, your chances of success are very low. I know this information may not be very welcoming, but you should avoid poorly licensed casinos in future. A Curacao license should be an absolute minimum and even then your protections are fairly limited.

As you've been told, it's a scam site. It's spoofed the name of legit casino Betspin by adding 'o' in the name.

It's not properly licensed and they can basically treat you how they like and you can do nothing.

Sad but true.

It's highly likely that they won't cooperate or respond given that they are a dodgy site to say the least.

But right now you've nothing to lose by trying, but again, don't expect anything!
