Betonsports.com casino does not pay big winner

If you go to Link Removed (invalid URL) and pick any site with 200+ people you are fine. Poker site failures are not nearly as common as casino failures but yes of course UB and Stars are safe as are Party Paradise Pacific (painfully slow payouts) Absolute Prima and the list goes on.

Update

Today I looked in my mailbox and found a letter from Betonsports.com. No, it was not a check. It was an advertisement. This is a slap in the face! If you can send me your propaganda you could send a check. This prompted me to call Bos and inquire about my situation. As usual, I was told that Kyle was in a meeting and could not talk.

Among a number of questionable statements proclaimed in Bos's propaganda, Betonsports.com casino claims to be registered in Antigua. I'm curious if this is a true statement.

Even if they are, don't expect the Antiguan 'authority' to do anything about it. They've not shown any teeth in the past with their 'licensed' casinos that ripped people off.

Big Update

Today I received a call from John at Betonsports.com. John says that there was a mix up in my account and that after doing 2 different audits on the account they got two different results. He says that it took them a while to determine the true results, but in the end they concluded that I had won the money fair in square. John then asked me to provide my bank information for a wire transfer and said that I should get my money within the next 5 days. John was very nice about the whole situation and provided me with wonderful customer service. I will hold off on calling the issue closed until I receive the cash but I would say that this is a big step forward. I will keep the forum updated until next week, when hopefully the money should arrive.

I got paid officially

Today, I got paid around 10,600.00 directly into my bank account. I'm assuming the rest has been credited to my CC. Thank you to Betonsports.com for eventually making good on their bet. Thank you Mr. Meister for letting me post in your forum. Thank you Jetset and everybody else for your help and advice. (Jetset, I will be calling up Chris at Sports911 to personally thank him) :notworthy . Considering the issue has been resolved, I would not mind if this forum was moved or the title was changed to Betonsports:Update(or something to that effect).

This is brilliant news, Tripnine. It is a pity you had to go through the mill to get your money, though and I hope that Betonsports take a hard look at the way in which you were treated and those rather pitiful excuses you were given.
