Betmotion Simply Don't Pay (€5500)

I have been their customer for over a year, I won during November 2012 5500 playing my own money (no bonus, played Roulette)

Since November 2012 they haven't paid.


I got married and my last name was changed , I sent them the marriage certificate and also my birth certificate together with my old and new Passport . I am mentioning that because they tried to use the difference in last name to avoid paying.

Wanted to check their site, but I am not even allowed to enter. There are restricted countries mentioned in the other posts,
seems like Ireland is one of them. Since I can`t find any info on them, and I assume your complain is legit, see the CM rules and
try to PAB.
