well you defnitely got a point there 20 quid is a small amount and it was very few spins at 15 p a go .not my fault btw .i would dearly like to play cleopatra but i think its like 2.00 a spin to rich for my blood .tried 50 quid it was gone in like 2 minutes so i went to captain quids treasure which i play in 15 p or 30 p a go .i have played it constanly over the last 6 months and the best i have done is got 20 quid up to 30 quid i dont really think i can say it any clearer the payout percentage is far to low .if 6 mths of playing isnt long enuf what is ,i have played mermaid millions on 32 red for years your 20 pound deposit 15p stake can take you over 100 quid in very short time betfred dont get within a country mile of that. there cheating or there software provider is someone is they shouldnt be complainig to me .btw the 20 quid played at 15 p could have been 200 quid played at 1.50 a go it would still be the same outcome only i would be down a hell of a lot more money .when i first read this post it was about live chat mine is turned of ,i asked for my percentage payouts but after 10 minutes still no reply so i said hello hello no reply so i turned it of since then the live chat has been turned of therefore customer service at betfred gets a big fat thumbs down .i think i read someone on here wanting private messages from me to them why ? looking good on this forum doesnt change what you are actually doing at your casino .you blocked my live chat for me asking for my payout pecentages over the last 6 mths ,so now i have to resort to babbling on about your casino on here your fault not mine .

bets disappeared at BETFRED

I have been using betfred for two months and this is the worse casino. The support is useless and they think gamblers are stupid. I place bets on sport and they were not showing under settled or open bets. I contacted them and the online support SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME. When I asked them why these bets are not showing they couldn't help me. I could see these bets on my mobile and I took a screen but they still denied them, saying that the screen shot is not showing everything or a complete bet.

I can see from your screenshot that the bet was for an accumulator.

As already stated on chat the mobile can only show so much information on a statement.

The bet is showing only 3 selections which would be a treble and not accumulator. The full bets can be shown on the screenshot

well back from my ban again still not sure who i insulted but whatever it seems its ok to insult the punters but not the tax avoiders .anyway i played another 5 or 6 hundred pounds on betfred since my last visit and still havent managed to withdraw winnings . why you might ask its because there is no winnings i did manage to get a £30 deposit up to 38 pounds but got greedy and went in 30ps so it hastily played me down to zero ,i did have one bonus round when i got to about 4 pounds i won 8 free spins at 4x multiplier it paid 40p yeh 40p .so without getting banned again i will not get all aggressive and stick to just the facts .i have asked a few questions from the operators but they seem unwilling to answer my questions .

You were pretty lucky, your free spins could have paid nothing. Have you been in a position to withdraw? just because you have not does not mean much, I mean we have all done it plenty of times.


BTW a £30 deposit x 30p is only 100 spins correct? What is your average deposit and average bet? this will tell us a lot.

Do you have other choices of casinos to play at? After reading this I just don't understand why you would continue to deposit into a casino who you aggressively don't like or trust. I hope Betfred can answer your questions and give you some peace but after that I'd recommend finding somewhere else to play. It's all supposed to be about enjoying the playtime and hopefully occasionally being lucky enough to cash out. It's definately not something you'll ever "get rich" doing and if you don't have trust in where you're putting your money you'll never enjoy the experience at all.

The laws have recently changed in Australia asking ozlotteries and other website such as tatts to force everyone to put in all doc to prove who they are before making deposit btw. Fwiw, be aware that Betfred changed its terms to not allow bets of over 20% of the bonus amount on most bonuses recently WITHOUT sending any emails notifying its customers, not even their repeat long term customers that this key term has changed and has been voiding the winnings of players who violated the rule despite not having such a rule for years before hand.

I'm sorry, but to me it seems like either a terrible bungle up on their part to not email their customers after adding the term when they regularly do weekly/monthly promotions that have never had that term. I'm not going to accuse them of freerolling their customers, but given all the negative stuff on here about Betfred recently, they should probably realize there are going to be many people who view introducing a significant change to their weekly/monthly offers without any notification as opportunistic since many customers will just lose their deposits on their large bets and never realize the rule was in place, and if they do win, Betfred is free to confiscate with their new rule. I'm certainly done with them personally.

and its to moan, sorry guys.

I think the support and security team of betfred should do a better job, so i opened up a new account with them 2 days ago i deposit about 600 euro, and lost. So last night i decide to have another go so i deposit 100 euro, then it locks me out saying unable to verify i need to send docs.

So i thought why not ask me for docs after my 3rd deposit or even 5th but 7th?
So i sent them my docs last night, i get a email today at around 15:00 to say thanks for the docs and everything has been verified, my account is unlocked. So i get home from work ready to have a bit of a game, and guess what my account is still locked so i ask the CS guy why?

and he says on his side it shows locked, so i send him the email that i received and he says he will send a email to his security team, and he hopes they wont take to long to get back to him. So i wait on chat and then i ask any idea how long, then he says maybe tomorrow as they are not in??

So i have to wait, sorry but this just annoyed me. Its good to vent and let it out

So alas i now have to wait, when all i wanted to do was play.

Am i being anal? or do i have a right to be angry?

I've just recently taken on the role as casino manager at Betfred and I'm doing a barometer Casinomeister test on the brand and our operation. I can see that some bad CS and Security practices have slipped through and for that I apologise.

I'm responsible for how the various departments here interface with the Casino.
