Betfred Slot bonus round prob - resolved

Winline 1 has 3 chests - obviously the bonus round. Yet it never came in?
The crab on bottom line awards for just 1, but that shouldnt affect winline 1 at all?
Ive emailed them twice with the screenshot, and had no reply.

What should I do next?

Cheers, I have done. Can you see any reason for it not to have given the bonus round?

You won 6 from the spin and the crab only pays x2...maybe you had the bonus round but forgot about it? :D

You could be right. It this were Rival software and there is any malfunctioning, occasionally once you log back in your bonus round is completed with the wins generated by the spins reflected in your balance. However, it also means that the free spins/features/picks etc are all pre-determined.

However, when I was still able to play at Playtech casinos, never had such a problem.

Said there was an issue with the game, gave me a goodwill gesture as no way to determine what bonus round would give.
