I'm tempted by this - presumably up to £50 max by what they state, but it's always been a bit of a grey area where a term states 'any losses to a net value of £50' - what does this mean ??

A) Lose £50 real cash and you get £50 back

or

B) The cashback value is awarded on gross wins against bets i.e. -play £50 worth of credits - if you win say £25 of in game wins then your cashback is £25???

I think this offer only awards a £50 value and nothing inbetween?

Here's the link.....whaddaya think?

Hi guys,
You can find the Ts and Cs in the casino under the promotion itself.

Key points include:
A maximum of $50 in bonus funds will be awarded..
Player must lose a net of $50 in real funds after opting in. In turn, the cashback carries a 15X Wr.

Bear in mind, you need to opt in to this promotion first, then watch the promotion meter to the right of the game you're playing (it will let you know how close you are to completion of the requirements and when you've hit 100%).
Once finished, around 48 hrs after the promotion, check your accts for your bonus funds.

If you're interested in any promotions and are unsure of the terms, don't hesitate to pop open live chat when online. Staff can help make it clearer for you if you have Qs about any elements of this (or any) promotion. And of course, you should be able to find a Ts and Cs page relevant to any promotions we run. (such as here: Old / Expired Link)

I understood this as up to maximum £50 cashback. Why else would it say 100% Cashback? I made deposit of £20 today and lost. I would assume I get the £20 cashback bonus on Monday or else I find this promotion very silly and bit misleading in my mind, but that is just me

Hi guys,
It's a maximum OF $50, not UP TO $50. Meaning, $50 is the maximum cashback you can earn. ie you can get $50 in cashback, but you cannot earn more than $50 in cashback. For example, if you choose to deposit, say, $100, $50 is still the maximum allowed amount earned in cashback.

Remember, it's net not gross here.

A maximum of $50 in bonus funds will be awarded per player for this promotion. In order to qualify for the Cashback, the player must lose a net of $50 in real funds after opting in.

Good luck!

That makes it not "maximum" but "Exact" then. Then it should clearly state > Deposit £50 and if loose 100% Cashback of £50.

I played tonight. deposited £50, and lost it. so my balance was zero, but the bonus meter only registered 95% playthrough.
So I contacted live chat. who sorted it out (very quickly, I might add), and manually credited a £50 bonus.

Because the bonus was manually credited, I was able to play it tonight rather than wait for it to be credited on monday.

BUT this meant i had no bonus meter, or any other means to guide me through the WR other than watching for when my bonus balance transferred to my real balance.

Anyways, after a couple of hours playing TSII and IR at low stakes, I'd got my balance up to around £140. so i went to live chat to ask what was left to wager, so I could decide how to continue playing.
NO live chat available.

So I carried on blind, at that point, I have since worked out that I must have been at around 85% WR. Because from then on, as usually happens to me around the 80-90% mark. Everything suddenly went cold, the biggest wins were 4OAK and 3 of the scatters had obviously gone on a break, leaving only 2 to cover the 5 reels, therefor no bonus rounds. I went straight from £140 to around £55 in a matter of minutes. So I dropped my stakes from 60p to 30p, to try and keep above the £50 mark.

After a few minutes I'd met WR with a balance of £49.xx. But being less than a nice round £50, to cash out. I tried to get back over the £50 mark, I came close a few times. But ended up losing the the lot.

So not a particularly enjoyable night
