365 closed Poker/Casino access to Australian players while their (now approved) AU license was being considered.

Sports remains open to Australians.

Now I see this:
Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

To their credit, I find them okay and fast to pay [ have never withdrawn a large amount from them] , but if there is any substance to this - it's worth some scrutiny.
I have posted this because I am a member of 365, and I want to see where this goes.

If the claims in the article are true - this is gravely serious for Bet365.

They cheat here - they're gone

Sorry but surly you cant have third parties posting a complaint and even heading it rougish. No one knows the full story nor will they on here.

Hi.

I find this site anything but easy to navigate: [no offence CM - I like you and your site] that might mean I am just plain dumb or it might mean this site is hard for beginners to navigate.
Sorry if I posted that in the wrong section - any pointers will be appreciated.

I know the politician who is instigating and pushing this investigation and have spoken to him directly [same city] - the incident is definitely real and is ongoing as of today Sat Sept.1.2012
I suspect [well..certainty] a direct message to Bet365 would result in 'we cannot comment.. etc', - and probably endanger my account funds - they are extremely averse to criticism.

This site affords me a buffer of anonymity - but it is my business too as I am an active member who places sports bets with them, and the details here are concerning.
I will provide more links and more info as this develops and -any- input from 365 (unlikely) would be welcome.

I am certainly not implying 365 are rogue in any sense, I am simply stating unequivocally that this event has taken place very recently and is not sitting well with me at all.

"The big issue is bet365 changed their terms and conditions, they backdated them without letting players know, then I reckon that's something that should be the subject of regulatory sanctions, including their license." - Nick Xenophon (South Australian Senator / Barrister)

If (and it is as yet an IF) 365 did this to avoid a large payout - they would lose their AU license instantly (they don't stuff about here) - hence the concern.
