I played through by first deposit and welcome bonus at bet at. Would now like to make a withdrawal. No withdrawals can be requested until they have verified ID docs. Fair enough. Sent my ID docs over via email on Tuesday and got a response saying they would be in contact within 24 hours. It says on their site that ID docs may take 5 days to be processed- really!? I emailed them asking if they could confirm I had sent the correct docs in and if the photos were all ok. No response. Seems to be taking a long time and no facility to withdraw the money even into a pending status!

Nope UK site is definately down- tried on multiple devices on and off wifi. Really cheesed off!!
