Would it be possible to have a user friendly error message for this, just seeing a run of "error code 2" just makes it look like the same old lag issue again. A pop-up that tells of the unresolved bet, and on what game, would help. Some MGS download casinos now have this, showing a slider message upon login about any unresolved bets detected. Those that don't have this still work despite the unresolved bet, but is screws up the Clearplay bonus system, which can be pretty annoying for players.

In regards to 3rd party providers, this is a common practice for all operators in order to make sure documents such as a passport is legit. Usually this is done by using a software, so no real person actually gets to view your passport.

Google earth or Google maps can be also classified as a 3rd party provider which operators use to verify the address provided by the player.

Costa is technically right (about Google being third party), however we all know Google maps don't take 5 days to trace and since he doesn't have the liberty of choice what (and what not) to disclose, that was a very politically correct answer on his part

I explained why and how we check with 3rd parties on the first few pages of this thread so if you are interested you can check there for a thorough explanation I was happy to give.

Having a KYC check lasting UP TO 5 working days isn't uncommon at all actually; as factors (even simple things as resource and backlogs that may happen from time to time) influence it, and complications of situations vary drastically.

If you read back through pages you will notice many players get their checks completed within a few hours and their first withdrawals in cases lasts under 24 hours by the time they hit their account, which should show that we don't enforce the 5 day wait time on every situation and every player.

That said, UP TO 5 days is a very important statement that allows us liberty to assure ourselves of a righteous payout when we need to and stops the statements of "mis-advertising" from coming up unnecessarily, where we would advertise 24 hours but 'this' players docs took a day or two or 5.

On a mere 25%, that's terrible! Bad enough for slots weighted at 100%, but they have quite a few weighted at 25%.

There is at least a redeeming feature, you are NOT actually held to ransom because at any time you can withdraw deposit + winnings and just lose the bonus. It might explain why they have a shockingly high 25% extra just for using an eWallet. I have seen 15% offered before, and at 30xB, but the money was all held hostage until this WR was complete, and a couple of years ago, this 15% eWallet bonus was dropped altogether.

They are not giving away as much as it appears they are. I wonder how many players complete the huge WR to unlock a mere 25% of the initial deposit rather than withdraw after a decent win and have the 25% bonus cancelled.

It's only if you start betting with the bonus money that you are held to the full WR before being able to withdraw.

If I managed to cast my "fruitie magic", a WR of this size would probably not be enough to stop me cashing out the bonus, and I would also have plenty of real money to go after the "achievements", and get full value on the unlock.

If I cast the extreme type of magic, I would most likely forget about going after the 25% bonus altogether, and just take the £52K or £66K there and then
