There is a line we need to draw between gambling issue self exclusion, "dont disturb" self exclusion that's not related to a gambling issue, casual account suspension - and an angry moment due to RTP session that you might want to overturn the very next day.

I'm integrating new process, rewording the site and making the responsible gaming more sensible in terms of player experience.

I'll post the process as intended for scrutiny on another thread today as i'd like it to have it's own flow. It's very important to hear player's opinion on the matter and what they feelis the right process.

It's actually worse than that. Zero weighting will have no effect.

It does depend on how their systems work. Clearplay should be able to cope with the potential exploit, but the systems on a multi provider platform probably can't, and it may not even show up in an audit.

Unless the exploit can be caught by the system, it would be best to ban the game when placing bets from the bonus balance.

The other two games listed (one of which doesn't even exist there) have far less to offer the Advantage Player.

The issue with Lucky Darts is that the system may not "see" a balance in the game's Club meter, and thus erroneously nullify WR on a zero lobby balance that isn't really zero. All the player may have to do is log off and log back on again, and THEN play the Club game.

mark your RTP was low - before you log out go on chat ask them to look at your rtp or send them the snapshot from your account.

They know what to do - they'll give you free chip in the proportion of your deposit so you can extend the gameplay.

Hi Vegas, i'm trying to understand what takes long? Loading of each game or the game-play itself?

If you are loading the games for the first time, the content has to download on your PC so it will take slightly longer if you are jumping from game to game.

If it is game play i really would like to know your experience as the stress test we put the system through since the fix really outperformed expectations and previously affected players are now giving us very positive feedback.

Id really like to help out best i can so any information from your side is much appreciated.

90% of the 'buzyness' is cached so there are no calls actually being made as often as it appears.

Could you please try chrome for me so i can identify if JavaScript maybe clashing with IE 9 version? It's tested for IE8-10 but IE itself has MANY variations that are also dependant on other windows installations so its the hardest one to optimise.

Vegas helped us identify a version of IE that's sticking and we're working on streamlining it. Chrome worked no problem and I don't think we have any issues with FF/Chrome users.

Make sure you are not including any portion of bonus balance in the request. It may also be that you have to withdraw EVERYTHING so that the system can delete the bonus. Casinos that have phantom boni or early withdrawal differ in how players need to construct their request.

CS or the rep should be able to clarify the correct procedure.

Boni isnt phantom. Check your real balance amount and that's how much you can withdraw while forfeiting the bonus amount. If you want to extend the gameplay and keep goon hits your call just as much as its to cut early while up

Docs processing is slower in some cases on the weekends due to our suppliers working mon to fri so of additional checks need to be made you'll need to wait a bit on the first wd.

Hopefully that's not the case and the docs will be processed faster.

We advertise near everywhere to verify docs early & incentivize it with free chips. Docs will take up to five days to verify so doing it at the point of the withdrawal will slow things down for you

Lol, 20 is the minimum so it's predefined. It cut our "why won't it let me deposit my 5 Eur?" Questions by 80%

You can change into whichever figure you deem fit. Limits are displayed under the input window.

Was playing game, all the time I was had the meter on the right with the details of how many % was into the wager. When I got to about 95% the meter disappeared completely. I opened another window, went into my account and bonus details, where I found the bonus meter. I was then about 97% into the wager so just worked out the amount need play and shoved it on auto. The open to all bonuses are pretty steep due to having to cater for everyone and real money isn't tied in.

I'm working on a dynamic player segmentation so I can include the loyal players more easily (automated) into "lighter" reward structures.

Please bare in mind we give daily CRM cash drops on previous days losses to almost everyone and run match deposits and cashback promotions constantly.

If we individually dropped all bonus requirements lower, across te amount of loyalty rewards we give out - I'd put the casino into much harder place in terms of profitability

You should report these players directly to Bryan. I'm sure they do it other places too, so you would be doing everyone a favour.

I don't know what weekend withdrawal policies are. All the website says is webwallets are usually instant. There was a hiccup with my first withdrawal, but resolved in a not too bad timeframe (ty Igor) and I'm hoping Monday morning will bring me my second one.

I made the WR and have $50 to withdraw.....but cannot withdraw until I register a deposit method....which means I need to make a deposit....which means, if I do, then withdraw, I won't be able to claim the first deposit bonus because the next one would be my second....
