Bet-at and Barbados issue?

I've noticed Barbados (Royal Affiliates) have been applying NCO to my account recently.

Secondly, Bet-at seemed to have changed something - it appears that despite earning revenue from existing players, there seems to be some kind of NDP rule applied, as my balance is zero despite hundreds in net revenue. Did they change something quietly in their terms, whereby you don't get paid unless recruiting enough NDP's?

Barbados have this in their terms

In case, the Member (affiliate) does not reach the minimum threshold as required by the method of payment chosen by the Member in any particular month, the commission amount will then be rolled over to the following month until the minimum threshold is reached. We have a negative carry over, Which means that any negative balance in Member account will be carried over for the following month(s).

OK, have removed them as when they badgered me to join them they promised it wouldn't be applied to my a/c. Obviously reneged, so they're BOOTED!

Any ideas about changes in bet-at's aff terms? I have revenue and no earnings, so something's different.
