Get next to nothing from you, just grief cause I told my best friend to try you out and now we are not allowed to play when we visit each other cause of ip conflicts / same ip..thats what I get for referring friends...bitchy emails...and we don't play with bonuses either and are verified with completely different addresses etc.... So I have to play ojo every weekend while I'm visiting him and he has to play casumo when he visits me. Apparently we are all suppose to sit in a room alone and shut the world out while we deposit and play. You are an ok casino but you are far from best, no casino is anymore.

Twin casino take interac (RBC) deposits and provide withdrawals by interac E transfer.
I have now cashed out 3 times this way in past two weeks.
The last withdrawal was in my Royal Bank chequing account just 35 minutes after I requested it.

PLAYOJO and TWIN etransfer withdrawals use to be next morning before noon in my bank, now like everything something changed and its 330 am next day or second day it gets longer each time. Get something good and fast and it goes back to 2- 3+ days....frustrating, I hate inconsistency.

Do you have any issues getting the deposit free spins to activate? On playojo? I have 100 on BOD and 100 on Fire joker tried everything I know and they won't work, this is the same as earlier in the week with another set, support told me the obvious to try. Still have them and can't use them, so just wondering if it is just my end or what.

I have had issues with free spins in the past. Sometimes got an error and other times says expired but they weren't. I have to say even though I think they should be rated up there or more than Videoslots and Trada there CS has been terrible at times in receiving a reply and the time they take to correct a problem.
 
Just fyi, Gigadat still not reliable, it's way to hit and miss and it's getting annoying, 2 deposits now again tonight bank has them cleared and they don't show at casinos, this should be fun since there is no way to get help with them, they haven't answered my past emails so guess this is another loss. How can it be instant then not at all 20 mins later... twin and playojo...please check this out since it always your casinos this happens please. I have found the best casino is LV Bet.
My two withdrawals were by Interac and both were processed within a few hours, no three day waiting period like I've had with two other highly rated casinos. Also, once it was sent to my bank, it was removed from pending withdawal at the casino, therefore I could make another WD.
The other two casinos remained pending for a few days after I received the funds so I was unable to WD again until it supposedly cleared at their end.
So far, so good.

Does anyone know when the new playolg site will be up and running as from previous news was to be in early 2020. Now that Bede is running it, hoping it will be something worth playing. olg new site wtf hope so they are a fuckin scam used to give exsisting players bounes now shit only new sucker's wanted. my bank doing fraud investigation on them as they for some crazy reason deposit 60$ in my bank account. had no idea why. as I had not withdrawn. so I emailed them why. fuck never saw them respond so quick ask for details next thing wake up in morning 60$ gone no reason they will not say said my bank fault my bank asked me did you authorize these 2 transactions I said no boom instant fraud investigation because you have to give authorisation for them to do this. if it was not my honest email asking they be out 60$ now I want to fuck them up and get the 60$ back assholes.

Got back in touch with support today, they were not terribly helpful. I replied to the email I received from Gigadat on my own initiative, and got a response quite quickly with the code. Cyberspace ate the text I guess, as it showed as being sent. And I will say my response seemed like it was from someone that actually read the email and understood the issue!

So if anyone encounters a similar issue, just reply to the "sent you money" email if you have not been texted the code.

I did let Twin support know my issue was resolved and how they might suggest it be solved if anyone else encounters the same problem.

So without a communication failure, I would have had my payment within hours of withdrawing, and on a weekend to boot.

I am getting e-transfer in my bank within 13 hours from twin.. Love it there just wish they had something like weekend booster.. But then again videoslots doesn't do cashouts with e-transfer..

I couldn't recommend twin.com anymore. To me they are top 3 casino easy.

I have my bank open for deposits by e-transfer never have to enter a code.. Fully safe.
 
Been having a ball at PlayOjo, not needed to contact CS once, until now. I finally generated a withdrawal worthy amount in my account. I uploaded the documents, and clicked for an Interac withdrawal, my first time using this method. Unfortunately the live chat button is only a dead link for me...thus cannot confirm with live support that the documents were satisfactory etc. and obtain a timeline for my payout.
Does anyone who has done this process with PlayOjo know how long I should need to wait for confirmation, and payment? When I go to the page the live chat is on, all of the graphics don't seem to load, therefore the live chat is a dead link I even tried from multiple browsers :(
 
Verification on playojo was really fast for me. Few hours. The withdrawal process is a bit slow. Takes 24h to get processed.(gets locked in the sense that you cant reverse it) then 24h to get the sms from gigadat then 24h to see it drop in my bank then 24h to playojo to remove the pending withdrawal from my account. Clunky and slow but never had any issues its reliable.

@Twin truly is Canadian friendly. There have been more than a few races where some of the race games were not available to us, but always some.

This week none of the games for the regular race were playable for Canadians, and they held a different tourney just for us! Sadly, I do not think it was profitable for them, as there was only me and one other participant who did not make all the available spins.

I considered posting about it before the tourney ended, but I realized it would probably just cost Twin more to have a bunch of us just make 50 spins and call it a day and win a wager free cash prize. Maybe Twin should consider sending out an email to their Canadian base if this happens again, specifying it is Canadian only (or maybe non-whatever platform).

When I joined, NetEnt was not available to us, they would always sub spins on another game if they were prizes.

It is unusual for me to just take all the money and run, but I did so today, as the last time I took first in a race I spent more than I netted playing on.

I will keep you posted about the cashout process.

Just a heads up and be cautious when accepting/using Sporstinteraction bonus. Happened to me just today that they removed all the bonus money including winnings from my account because they said it expired. Look for an explanation to them all they can say is the bonus is expired, they can't even point into the policies of the bonus they just offered. I receive the email February 7 and use it then keeps on winning. Then decided to sleep and then woke up the balance is zero. The only explanation they told me is the bonus was expired. I have all the transcript of the conversation, the email of the bonus with me, they went blank when I showed them the evidences, while them won't even prove their claim. It looks like they will decide on your money (or bonuses) specially when you are on the winning edge.
 
Wanted to update my latest withdrawal from Twin. Withdrew just after midnight GMT Friday morning (Thursday night for me), email from Twin approving withdrawal by the time I got up, texted the code later in the day, and email to deposit funds at 4:13 am today.
