Hi,

I spent all night looking for the best answer to my following question:

Is it legal to use and play in casino websites in VA state? If so, what is the safest online casino?

Thanks:cool:

If you're in a hurry for an answer, CM doesn't work weekends!

My answers would be;
Regardless of individual state laws, hundreds of thousands of Americans play at online casinos from ALL states of the USA without any problems.
I am not aware of any individual ever being prosecuted for playing online.

What do you mean by "safest"?
If you mean they wont rip you off, then any on CM's list of accredited casinos are just fine. There are also many not on his list who are also OK, e.g. Rival Gaming casinos.

What games do you want to play?
Let me know & I might be able to make a suggestion or three... ;)

Welcome to the forum!

Mmmm, there is no specific game in my mind right now but I want to try american roulette and any other easy game. Also, I want to play in a casino that allows me to withdrawl winnings into gift cards if it is possible.

Thanks KasinoKing:cool:

A good place to start would be to view some of the casino websites that are accredited here or KK's site would be good. That way you can look at the deposit and withdrawal methods on the individual sites. I don't think you are going to find any site that will do a withdrawal to a gift card. Your best bet would be to set up a web wallet, such as use my wallet. You will find info about that option on some of the casino sites and you will need an invite in order to open the "use my wallet" option. Being in the US you won't be able to open an account at any MG casino's (someone correct me if I'm wrong, please), but there are several other software options. Just make sure you stick with the accredited list from here or a trusted source such as KK's site. One other thing....a lot of places offer some good starting bonuses, make sure you read the terms and conditions and familiarize yourself with reading up on what a bonus actually is. The requirements for fulfilling wagering on a bonus are different at most casinos and also different for different games.

Also if I may offer you some other advice......set yourself a budget and stick to it, don't chase losses and don't spend more than you can afford. Don't expect to get rich or win big (although it does happen once in a while)......most of the time you'll lose, that's just the way it works. Consider it as entertainment, nothing more, nothing less.
Good luck!

Hi,

My big fear now is using my debit or credit card because I am afraid of getting any punishment from the state government or even the bank I usually deposit my money in. In addition, I am not sure if it is ok to cash out money by using a check from any casino. Many things make me wait and ask before I play.

Thank you

Yep, he's right :p

But even so, you're in good a hands here since there are a number of well-versed members who hang out here during weekends. On weekends, I'm too busy pulling weeds and performing other manly tasks.

The best place to post US payment processing questions is in the America the Beautiful section. Many people focus on that topic within there:
