Hi, trying to get support online for a while with no luck. Help center page will not open. Cannot find live chat anymore. All is good, no issues with them really. Prompt payments etc. just want to ask about my loyalty points redemption and wanted to change my email in my platinum play account. Any suggestions? Much appreciated.

Hi, I have checked our iGaming reps page and we sadly we don't have any rep for Royal Vegas or their parent group. My suggestions would be as follows:

1. Start a thread in the online casinos section of the forum asking the members for help with this.

2. If you don't get any answers to solve your issue and you wish to make a complaint, then consider starting a PAB. I believe you may already know how to do this.

We can't do much more beyond this I am afraid. This casino, along with the parent group has gone down a different path in recent years, and have not engaged with the forum much.
