Man, I got so lucky there! But I can't get my money from them!!
I have a $5000 withdrawal pending since July!! I email with Pauline and she's very nice, but no dough! And I still have $28,000 still in my account.

Are these guys in trouble financially or what?

Message From BeTheDealer Management

We acknowledge that BeTheDealer has been experiencing some recent disruption to its cashier functionality. This has led to random rejections of some attempted deposits and delays in some attempted withdrawals. We apologise to customers who have experienced difficulty in either depositing or withdrawing money recently.

We are processing many requests manually whilst we are working to ensure an effective onward solution which will enable swift and secure deposits and withdrawals. We realise this is far from ideal and thank you for your continued support.

Customers experiencing difficulties either with deposits or withdrawals are invited to contact me via Private Message, email at [email protected] or their normal customer support agent.

Regards,

BTD Manager

3 delaying withdrawals

I am waiting for 3 withdrawals, each $5000. The oldest one is one and half month old, the newest one is 2 weeks old.
I play in this casino for a year and usually I got my money in time, but sometimes, mostly in the last months there were 1-2 months delays. I chat with the live support, email them, they reply and explain their problems. But these are their problems, thay have to fix them. In a good casino if they have a problem, they have to fix it very quickly, without the customers knowledge and continue the business smootly. How it is possible to trust in a casino, where if you win you have to beg for your money? If you loose, they keep your money immediately. If you win, then you have to struggle agaisnt the cashier department.

But the more interesting points are their exact same punctuation Techniques. Obviously good english language skills.

Look at the I've in their post. They use the appostrophe wick is often missed.
Look at the ? in the posts. This is used correctly and no space at the end which some people inadvetently put in.

IMO, 2 of the 3 are defo same person

one withdrawal is paid

As the casino manager promised in his private message, they paid one withdrawal today.

I hope they will pay the other withdrawals faster in the futures, as this is one of my favourite casinos and I would like to continue the playing here.

All are coming from the same server - dsl.irvnca.pacbell.net

Could it be a few bored college students at UC Irvine? :what:

If you have a legitimate complaint, PAB if you haven't done so already. But don't waste my bandwidth or my time please. If it's a fraudulent complaint, you'll be hung up to dry in a most public way. Simple as that.

PM Ben..It helps...

I had been waiting for almost a month and a half, and had gotten no where. Just e-mails promising that I'd have my money by the end of January. Everyone was very polite but couldn't deliver.. I read this post and another on a different site and they both reccomended I PM the casino manager.. I did in a nice way (even though it was hard) and my deposit showed in neteller just a few hours later..

Right, I am posting this due to the possibilty of people losing money. I have PMd Bryan so if he feels it inappropriate, he can take it down. It is not done with any personal view, just if this is in circulation players need to know. I have named the source.

From Online Blackjack Guide

Online Blackjack Guide has just received insider information that one of the longest and most prestigious casinos is on the verge of closing their doors. Be The Dealer has been hit with a serious financial crisis and the outlook is uncertain. My suggestion is to withdraw any funds you have in your account until more is know about Be The Dealer's financial status. For the must up to date information concerning Be The Dealer, make sure to read this thread on the forum.

Thanks for the heads up GOCC.

Well I hope the guy has some good lawyers. The Prescription was sued seven years ago for making the same sort of remark about some casino. He told them to withdraw their funds because it was going down and a bunch of players did. I hope the Online Blackjack Guide has done his homework.

Please note, this thread is full of a bunch of one time posters, none of whom have actually filed a PAB. The last PAB I have on BTD is March of last year. BTD's manager monitors this board, and he can be contacted directly:

So if anyone has a legitimate complaint, it can be dealt with here.

In fact, I should require that anyone posting a complaint here PABs or they will have their account suspended. How's that?

Notice From BeTheDealer Management

BeTheDealer has acknowledged that it has experienced some delayed payments to players in recent weeks.

This has been the result of a very significant chargeback, which has been contested by the company.

The chargeback challenge has resulted in a major six figure sum being temporarily held by one of our payment processors, in line with normal processing guidelines. BeTheDealer has replaced the processor with alternative processing solutions. This has led to some disruption and manual processing during the changeover period.

The core business remains successful and the situation has now been resolved. The payment backlog will have been completely eliminated by next week and all future payments will be processed promptly.

The company has introduced backup processing solutions to eliminate the possibility of a recurrence.

BeTheDealer is expanding its operations and currently recruiting an additional 16 staff to enhance its product offering and support.

The company apologizes to all players who have been affected by delays and thanks them for the patience and continued support.

I have today received in full a neteller withdrawal from BTD.

I had been waiting over 2 months for it despite many emails with support. It was a large 4 figure sum, so needless to say the tone of that OBG warning caused me a great deal of additional stress.

Thankyou to this site and PM feature if that is what finally did it.

I thought I would add my two cents to this BeTheDealer concern. I had been waiting since for November for my withdrawal. I read this forum and sent an email to the BTD Manager to see if I could get my withdrawal. I received the money the next day. Thanks for the quick response and thanks Casinomeister for having this forum.

It sounds to me that the email Online Blackjack Guide sent out made made Be The Dealer wake up and start to take care of their players. Making players wait so long, what are you to think. I know that I withdrew my money from them. Guess what, it's still pending....

BTD Paid me today.

I am new here, but I was referred by a fellow 2+2er. I'm a poker player the vast majority of the time, but I decided to do some bonus hunting this month. I've done very well, but I was having trouble collecting from Be the Dealer. They were good about answering e-mail, but the money was very slow in coming. They promised it by the end of January, and it was in Neteller today. I'm not sure I'd reccomend playing there, but I wanted everyone to know they did pay.

Good luck all,

Fitz

As Bryan mentioned, all casinos have that line in their T&C - so I dont see how anyone can have a fair game at anytime and think theyll get paid seeing as at any point any casino can withhold whatever winnings they like and point to their T&C's.

Basically no online casinos are worth playing until they are governed properly and NOT by the software houses - thats just not good enough. A software company isn't going to give its customers more than a nudge.
