Dear gamblers,

Three days ago I made a deposit with this casino using the Monday bonus. Deposited 60 Euro's and kept playing for three days untill I had a balance of 2300+ euro.

I started playing games that contribute 10% to the wager requirements which I don't know but it doesn't matter. In the meantime I went to live chat to ask why the wager never ends because I have been playing for thousands and thousands of dollars in total. He gave me a list to the games that contribute differently to the wager requirements.

I saw that the games I played (megaways Bonanza and some blueprint like genie jackpot) contributed only 10%. Fine I started playing wazdan slots which contribute 100%.

Played all the wager requirements through came to live chat again and thanked the person that gave me the list tho let me know which games I was supposed to play to complete my wager requirements faster.

I uploaded documents and got a phone call which all went fine. Today I received email:
Dear M##d,

As part of our regular withdrawal review process, we have seen that you have placed bets on non-allowed games, as defined by the Terms and Conditions of the bonus credited to your account.

We have therefore cancelled your withdrawal request, and removed the winnings.

We do apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment, and we invite you to continue playing on our site.
Should you have any questions please reply to this email or contact our customer support via live chat on our site.

So I contacted live chat and he told me that I jumped from games that contribute 10% to games that contribute 100% to the wager requirements and that this was the reason that my winnings were removed.

2320 euro confiscated.

Is this legal?

How can bcasino have an mga license? I am such a fucking moron for not checking casinomeister to only see that this is a rogue casino!! I am a dumb fuck appearantly!!

Bcasino is a rogue operation. Read more about them in our full review.

Some casinos have a clause that reads along the lines:

"changing from a low-weighted game to a high-weighted game is not allowed."

Honestly I didn't read this when I went through the tlc past Monday. I admit that I did it very hastely so has anyone I mean anyone a copy of their tlc's from past Monday?

Seriously what kind of rule is this. Also when I went to live chat after playing for two days straight Max told me that different games contribute differently and that I should play games that meet more of the wager requirements. He gave me a list of the games that contribute differently. The games I played contributed 10% and after checking the list I played games that contributed 100% to the wager requirements (most wazdan slots). So a casino let's you play these games with an active bonus but when one starts a 10% game he has to stay at this 10% games? I mean wtf? That would mean playing 300 times my deposit and 300 times my bonus?

Sucks but it works like this, on a bonus go to roulette bet your max on one number hit massive then head to slots and play to complete wagering. You might not realise your game weighting but you are.

here it is from BCasino

So when playing a game that contributed 10% to the wager requirements I have to keep playing 10% games? How can this be legal? Seriously? So a casino can make any shit up in their TLC's and that's fine according to MGA? I just want to know this because if this is really legal then what are MGA and UKGC for? This would effectively mean a wagered requirement of 300x my deposit and 300x my bonus. Is that normal or legal?

The reason is following:

- low weighted games have usually higher RTPs and therefore they reduce the contribution, hence lowering your chances to get the WR done
- heigh-weighted games have usually a lower RTP (Wazdan is a prime example) and thus they give it a higher contribution.

Most casinos don't complain if you switch back and forth a few times but some dubious ones like bcasino will jump on it if you do it only once. Start with the LW (lower risk for you) and then if you have a good balance change to HW games (higher risk but you have the balance) to finish the WR.

It is allowed I'm afraid.

Well this is one lame illegal rule if you ask me but like I said appearantly I'm a dumb fuck otherwise I would visit casinomeister to check their status before playing there. Also this rule if it was there past Monday I have missed completely, I have never had a casino confiscate my winnings except jonnyjackpot for once and they gave it back to me. I'm playing slots for 9 years and I'm sick of this. I never expected this to happen to me. I should have known better..

Also since when is playing Bonanza lower risk? It always eats my balance very quick. This time I got lucky and got a 1300x on a 1 euro bet. I kept playing megaways and came to chat to ask how much more I had to wager. I know megaways games contribute less normally but they shouldn't confiscate your winnings when they allow you to play these games with a bonus. It makes no sense to start with A 10% game and stick with it until you meet wager requirements. That's impossible!! That can't be legal. That would mean 300 times my deposit and 300 times my bonus funds. Wtf?

With the list of games restrictions. I wouldn't even join their casino. Let alone take a bonus.
They're obviously not expecting to have to pay out on any bonus...

  • The following non-allowed games contribute 0% to wagering: 300 Shields Extreme, Medusa Megaways, Art of the Heist, Dracula's Family, Viking Gods: Thor & Loki, Crystal Land, Claws vs Paws, Avalon, Avalon II, Bikini Party, Candy Dreams, High Society, Highlander, Immortal Romance, Stardust, Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck II, Tomb Raider, Butterflies, Casinomeister, Big Foot, Treasure Nile, Abracardabra, Mirror Magic, Castle Builder, Castle Builder 2, California Gold, Tomb Raider Secret of the Sword, Scrooge, Dragon's Myth, Untamed Wolf Pack, Untamed Giant Panda, Untamed Bengal Tiger, Untamed Crowned Eagle, Peek - a - Boo, Zombie Hoard, Monster Wins, Big Spinner, Casino Win Spin, Pots of Luck, Beautiful Bones, Bork the Berzerker (all versions), Retro Reels, Retro Reels - Diamond Glitz, Retro Reels - Extreme Heat, Cool Buck - 5 reel, Deck the Halls, Santa's wild Ride, Golden, Golden Mane, Soldier of Rome, Hellboy, Lucky Little Gods, Medusa, Medusa HQ, Medusa 2, Medusa 2 HQ, Power of Gods™ The Pantheon, Relic Hunters and the Book of Faith, 9 Lions, Arcade, American Poker V, Black Horse, Butterfly Lovers™, Football Mania , Football Mania Deluxe, Fruit Mania , Fruit Mania Deluxe, Hot 777 Deluxe™, Hot 777™, KickOff , Larry the Leprechaun, Neon City™
  • The following games contribute 10% to wagering: All MEGAWAYS Games not mentioned above, 1429 Uncharted Seas, A Dragon Story, Big Foot Mini, Cash Stampede, Ecuador Gold, Foxin Wins (all versions), Fruits'n'Stars, Gorilla Go Wild, Judge Dredd, Mad Mad Monkey, Maid o Money, Sevens & Fruits, Starmania, Stellar Jackpots Serengeti Lions, Tahiti Gold, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Thunder Reels, Voodo Gold, Wild Cat Canyon, Jurassic Park, Jurassic Jackpot, Jurassic World, Book of Oz Lock n Spin, Book of Oz, Book of Gold Classic, Book of Gold: Double Chance, Bonanza, Ice Wolf, Extra Chilli, Cygnus, Playboy. Example: A bet of £ 10 on a game with 10% contribution contributes £1 towards wagering requirements.
  • All other slot games contribute 100%.
  • Moving from a 10% contribution game to a 100% game is not allowed.

I always assumed if games had different wagering contributions percentages the player could hop between them to their heart's content, I know I would have done.

Perhaps 'build up' my balance on x y z and then switch to 100% games. So that rule would have screwed me over too no doubt. But then I'm not really a T&C aficionado. Too wordy

Bcasino is the 'legitimate' arm of the 1668/JAZ fraudsters GameTech. Despite the UKGC and MGA licenses they've somehow acquired due to insufficient checks and lack of due diligence by those regulators, the apple hasn't fallen far from the rogue 1668 tree here.

I would like to know if those terms from the MGA site are present in the UK site too.

Moving from a 10% contribution game to a 100% game is not allowed.

From the UK site.

Mind some accredited sites have the same sort of rule

How can this be legal either MGA or UKGC? That would make wager requirements impossible to be released. I would have to wager 90.000 euro with a 60 euro deposit taking their Monday bonus in this case. How is that legal? I just can't wrap my head around it.

The worst part is after playing for two days I went to live chat and clearly said that I jumped over to wazdan games from playing on megaways games since finding out about the different wager contribution because if him, he told me that it was all good and he was glad that I at least know the difference now. Bcasino is now saying that they are not responsible for what an agent says on live chat but that I have agreed to the terms when I signed up with them. I still can't wrap my head around a casino having a ukgc or mga license and advertising with a 30x deposit and 30x bonus wager requirements but once you start playing slots that only contribute 10% to the wager requirements it automatically forces you to keep playing these games which makes the wager requirements effectively 300x deposit and 300x the bonus amount. Isn't this a little bit too complicated and non transparant to be claimed as a legal practice?

You agreed to the terms when you accepted the bonus.

They are allowed. Whether they are moral is another question but that will not reverse their policy.

Yea I noticed this term when taking bonuses. Obviously it wont (can’t) apply for the cash element. I hit them for £4k on a reactoonz session when I was £10 away from going into bonus territory. Had i hit it with bonus money it worked out at something like £55k wagering. Also they limit you on switching betsize for grinding the wagering. Was very lucky on it.

No doubt they can get away with this kind of scamming but I found this text on the CMA's report into the remote gambling sector

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA)

- Unfair contract terms in consumer contracts – terms must be fair and transparent

- Does a term create a significant imbalance, contrary to the requirement of good faith, to the detriment of the consumer?

--------
3. Play restrictions

Operators deeming certain play strategies invalid / ‘abusive’ after the event

Application of opaque and nebulous terms, conferring excessive discretion

Disproportionate sanctions, with consequences for both bonus and deposit funds, yet nothing to stop consumers from breaching the restrictions

----------

But they fall short of giving examples from the real world, imo these bcasino terms are in bad faith, unbalanced, disproportinate etc... but I guess their legal people have looked at it and given them the green light. They must be confiscating winnings from bonuses left, right and centre, especially on the basis of switching games which have a different wagering effect. If every big name online casino applied the same rules it would be banned overnight but as it's a few no-mark operators it goes under the radar imo.

So I have come to an understanding with Bcasino. The balance will be reset to before switching over to the 100% contribution games. I don't know if it is ever possible to complete wagering however since I am only and explicitly allowed to bet on 10% wager contribution games.

Quote:

so, you deposited €60 for a €90 bonus. Which made you wagering requirement €4,500

When you switched you had a balance of €2,049.93 and had wagered €48.76. Which means your remaining wagering balance will be €4,451.24

------------------------

I can at least give them probs for coming to an agreement with me relatively quickly after I have been on live chat one more time. Spoke to Tom who is very friendly.

Anyway I have the option to choose from a select few slots and my max bet is 5 euro to complete wagering, confirmed this on chat.

well that shows a bit of flexibility from them...have you got to effectively wager £44,000 from a £2k balance if the contribution is 10%?...I suppose if you got lucky on £4 stake you could do it, each spin would contribute 40p so that would be roughly 100,000 spins ..30 days to complete wagering? 3,000 spins a day approx [edit I think it's a bit more than this, about 36 days would be required so would need to do about 3700 spins daily ]

If my maths are correct, this is like climbing mount everest but allows you a very slim chance and a bit of fun or a challenge.
I wonder which of their 10% games has the best potential?
