Norfolk City Council spent £1m building bat bridges over an A-road but the ungrateful bleeders have buggered off elsewhere leaving the embarrassed council to say "it's early days yet."

I wonder if the bats are just rebels and they are just crossing the road between cars or if the forgot to put a red and green bat symbol on the crossing point and they were sick of waiting.

The ungrateful bats also refused to use the bat tunnel as it was always flooded.

Also one thing the council and the article failed to point out is bats come out at night so there is barely any traffic anyway so what was the point in it in the first place?
dusk around here, so we probably see more bats during high traffic periods (rush-hour)
