pinnit2014, it is a widely common rule that deposits have to be wagered according to x3 wager requirement. We don't aim at making you lose your winnings, the reason for such rule is covering the transaction costs of processing deposits and withdrawals, nothing more ;)

It's not that widely common (or even just common) in the casino's I play at in the UK. And I play at a lot. :)

Still, points for what is at least more likely the reasoning then the standard AML excuse, which to me has always basically read "real money deposits must be played through 3x to ensure a standard cleaning fee is deducted as per our AML policies"
 
3 x deposit is not really much if you only deposit small but what if its hundreds?

That is probably the only thing that will drive people away unfortunatelly :(

Has anyone had experience with withdrawing to Visa from here? My withdrawal was processed at 8:30pm AEST last Wednesday night and it still hasn't gone through. @Bao casino @Bao casino manager they just ask for my bank statement in PDF to prove I haven't received which I put in a request with the bank for that won't be today can anyone advise on card withdrawals please?
 
What bank are you with because some won't accept deposits from online gambling and with my bank I had to check to make sure I can receive and send funds . Check security with your bank.

But then again its only been 5 business days so you could still get it :)

I'm just not sure how long card withdrawals are in general anyway. But if they let you deposit from it you should be able to receive
 
That casino is actually the worst experience I've ever had with withdrawal. 8 days and they send the money back to my account. Then i try 2 other withdrawal methods which fail. Then I notice $140 missing from the money they put back (was $2500) I literally just felt trapped that there was no way for me to withdraw. So I started playing it trying to recover the missing $140 and maybe make some of the 10% bank transfer fees they now want after I've figured which of my banks will accept transactions. So I end up losing it . There was no way to lock the withdrawal they just kept reversing it back I have $100 a day and $300 a week limit I placed on this account a couple of days ago but they just went and deposited it straight back to my casino account over and over. This doesn't seem right to me.
 
I get why these casinos are grey zone literally 2 I have dealt with have been beyond a nightmare to deal with and break their own rules

After that, you lost some of the funds playing and requested a less for the next withdrawals. Unfortunately, we did not have any influence on your actions, as you used your funds at your own will.

You guys literally made me feel as though I had no withdrawal options. Everything I attempted got rejected a minute later. I have a limit set on my account of $100 per day $300 per week. But when you continue to just put $2300 back in my account over and over temptation gets the better of you which is what responsible gaming limits are there for so that kind of thing doesn't happen. I have never had an issue with a withdrawal from and online casino before and the behaviour with you just dangling it and putting it back plus telling me i could only do bank transfer which would cost me 10%!!!!! of my winnings it all seemed quite predatory and just not right. I have been completely brushed off regarding chasing down my withdrawals then accused of lying about them and having to send you bank statements to prove I hadn't been paid but you guys had photos of my visa card that says st george you knew full well it wasn't going to process funny how you only gave me the list of banks after it miraculously appeared again in my account
 
I requested less because the amount was short @Bao casino so I was trying to recoup it I figured it must have been some kind of fee. I PM'd you also if you'd prefer to chat there
 
Aussies have great options as I'm learning we've got FairGo who absolutely override their own responsible gaming limits and Bao who leave you stuck feeling like your money is just never going to be your money again

I deposited $100 and took a $75 bonus. Played around $1 bets and ended wager at $482. I requested a cashout, denied and documents requests. O no problem

I sent them drivers license front and back, bank card front and back, two screenshots of ecopayz and a utility bill. They canceled my cashout again and asked me to take a selfie and write on a piece of paper "Hi I play at bao casino!" and date and sign it.

There is absolutely no reason for this other than to stall me or possibly use it as some sort of promo thing somewhere. I did nothing wrong and did not raise any flags at all.

Just absolutely pathetic.

Sorry to hear that lockinlove, I signed up with them a few months ago and was extremely lucky and made several cash outs with only very little deposits.
KYC went smooth and as I use Skrill the WD's were processed pretty quickly too.
So from my end I have only positive things to say but I can understand some of the issues described in this thread might make other people feel otherwise.

They paid me today without the selfie crap. So good on them for listening to players that this nonsense is not ok. I hope in the future they do not do this to players as its super invasive. Glad they are willing to listen an change though.

Any casino offering Bitcoin deposits shouldn't even ask for kyc there is literally no reason to do so. BTC gameplay is not allowed on any (regulated market YET). If a casino has an MGA or UKGC license they won't be able to offer deposits through cryptocurrencies YET.

The only reason a crypto casino wants a kyc is in order to stall a payment even if it meant 1 hours extra times for a player to reverse.

Don't you think it's bizzare their slots have lowered RTP? Like Pragmatic, I've spent €10 000 in one day on a €5 bet and didn't win anything, didn't go above my multiple deposits amount even once. It was a really bad experience for me. I did play with them a few years back and had a bit more luck, altough I was in big negative numbers as well. They re-opened my account even though I banned myself permanently :).
