To be fair, yes. They have a huge selection of games and there are very few if any laggy sessions or sessions with constant disconnections etc.

They are adding PnG and Novo's soon too!

I'd be careful with that. The email they sent me to say I was bonus-banned. Said that I should not attempt to open any new accounts on their network.
I would assume, it's not something they won't check on until verification or a withdrawal.

They didn't email me, and in fact live chat told me I'm not, however not getting a single free spin or deposit offer since December tells a different story!

Yeah you shouldnt go white hat gaming. Made a missklick on maxbet a couple of times and they found me breaching their rules. They confiscated 22000,-Euro

. The funny thing is that 2 months after they confiscated it they made me VIP member. It was quite hilarius explaining to the lovely lady who send private mails to me that i will never put my foot in Caddel and white hat gaming again.

I don`t know how they still can be up and running with their reputation. Biggest fail ever. If you ask me i would say don`t play there.

I stopped playing there a few months back. Verification was way to slow, payouts way to slow, and support even though they always answered just read from a script. Its only a personal view but something I just dont trust about this whole outfit.
I did get paid in the end, but they used one stall tactic after the next. Took me around 8 days to get a 1k payout after numerous emails and a case full of documents. Sure good selection of games but I would hate to win big here and god knows what a person would need here if you got the dreaded statement of wealth request. Short answer yes and it wouldn't have to be a "big 'lot' " either.

Some will tell you it is based on bonus ratio, that is a cover story for fact, simply put despite their apparent generosity (regular offers, fair WR etc) they simply do not like regular winners.

This group has the potential to be brilliant and kill the market, what do they decide instead, backwards policies, blocking customers from potentially losing back over time etc etc

Yeah its a bit strange to say the least. I am up 10k on some casinos and the one just banned me after being very loyal for years. No more bonuses, absolutely nothing of any sort. Ived deposited $40,000 and cashed out $51,435. You can only get lucky for so long. Funny thing is, after they bonus banned me. I have had 3 ok cashouts in a row including a hotmode. So it seems as though their strategy isnt working yet.

Difficult to say at what point they ban you from bonuses, or altogether. I haven't been banned or bonus banned myself, which is fine but as Jono says there is potential for a big part of the market for these sites, great game selection etc. One thing I ask, when you get bonus banned, do you stop getting the bonus points too on your play, which get converted to 35x WR bonus money?

I was thinking that each individual casino may bonus ban you now as I have not had an offer from Hello since I made a nice withdrawal by bonus buying White Rabbit, I didnt even dip into the bonus on that either and that was back end of last year.
Even though they all come under Caddell, there seems to be 2 or 3 little groups of them.
One with Playgrand, Twentyone and Fruity Casa etc in.

A few things I've learnt about this group from recent experiences.

They initially start to ban individually per site, once a withdrawal reaches a certain point (Spinland took just one £1,125 from £75 for the ban, Casimba took about 4K from £3-400)

Next comes the reduction in offers, pretty much daily drop off to once/twice a week, some nothing but will still get a 'blue moon' offer.

Now comes the beauty which I've had the joy of experiencing not once but twice in the "blanket ban" where you get no offers at all, emails stop overnight, that is it.

Now the first time they simply closed my accounts across the board. The second time all my accounts are fully functional just with the omission of any bonus offers.

Management have informed me I will get no, no deposit stuff OR any deposit based bonus funds or FS.

@dunover - However they have assured me as cash only wagers generate the loyalty points, I will still earn and be able to redeem and use these ( every £10 Wagered = 2 points, 1,000 points = £5 bonus funds - 35xB WR)

My bet sizes range from minimum to no more than £1 (and the £1 are very rare and when I have a big balance)

I have a very disciplined betting strategy and one I've stuck to for years upon years, that together with the fact I am a self admitted super jammy git, they've probably decided to cut their losses, knowing that in the future, I am more likely to get more in front on them rather than start to lose back.

The point was, I'm not sure where you were going when saying blame the pm (prime minister here, not president) - different provinces have different rules, different games etc. and the current issues regarding online slots predate the current leader..in fact, DURING the current administration(s), we're making strides moving out of the grey region (provincially legislated online gaming, Netent in BC).
