Bank Wire Withdraws

chrispa, I have only received bank wires from the Slotocash group and they are always on point for me. Forgive me for assuming this is in regards to your Rushmore issue, but if it is, the issue will probably be with Rushmore and not the bank wire, however, I wish you the best of luck

Thanks. Has nothing to do with any casino really, just wondering what are the chances that when/if they send the money, I would not get it for some reason or another..

Just make sure you get all the details correct, u should be fine. Wire routing #, Account #, Swift Code, ect. If you are not sure contact your bank and ask them all the specific details

I will only say that two different Rivals are telling me repeatedly that wires to my bank account are rejected . The bank says I can receive wires. The casinos say they have no other way to pay out... rock/hard place. I cannot prod/query my bank again on this as they have already gone 'robbie robot' (danger! warning!) on me when I simply inquired as to the bank Swift code.

Other members have received wires from reputable RTGs with little/no problem (if your bank allows them).

Personally, I prefer a check.

Good luck.

My exact worries.

If it's an accredited casino, you should have options for your payout. Most of the RTGs have more than one way to get your money. If you are experiencing problems with an accredited casino, please contact the rep you'll find at the i-Gaming Reps tab at the top of the forum.

are the "reps" the same as the managers I talk to at the casino? I could not find a rep for Rushmore.

Has anyone had a problem getting the money once it leaves the processor towards the bank?

I understand your frustration, but posting yet again in regards to your Rushmore cashout in a third thread isn't going to help you get it any faster.

Don't bother thinking about how long transfers take etc because your withdrawal hasn't even been sent to a processor yet....that won't happen for months.

You'll probably get your money by the end of the year, but don't count on it for bills or rent etc. Carry on like it didn't happen and be happy when.and if you get it.

Nobody here or anywhere else can help you, as many members have already told you. We aren't being difficult, its just the way things are unfortunately.

Close your account and do business with a real bank.

Would love to.... but it would have to be an internet bank where no one knows me.

Small town, 4 banks/branches. One bank, my family has had an account there for over 60 years - my Mom still has an account there. The other, is my 'primary' bank with my household account - been with them almost 30 years. The other bank has only been here in town 25 years, but I know half the ladies that work in there thru work and relatives. The other bank, the business where I work has accounts there... and I know every single blessed person there in one way or another.

I really don't know what I'm going to do at this point ... except I'm going to not play at Rivals again.

Rushmore

You need to be very patient, took them 7 mths to pay me and still waiting for my last payment. Best to avoid the place. Lately even live chat operators are avoiding the issue of withdrawals which tells me things are real bad. Good luck!

Don't know when you might possible get your money since they are rogue. However in my experience the Swift code is the same as your bank routing number. Good Luck

Both JPMorgan/Chase and BOA - have been difficult to get wires processed through them. So these are two of the largest banks for US based customers.

However, from my experience at 3Dice, Lucky Club, and others-- they WILL find another way to get you your money. Just stay with the accredited group of casinos and they will work with you.

I'm not sure how they would be with wires but the bank I use didn't bat an eye at the 3 Chinese bank drafts I sent to them. No questions, no holds.

I also got my SWIFT code from them with no questions asked as to why I needed it.

I don't use them for depositing anywhere except sometimes the random P&P voucher. But not often and not for much. I just fund a prepaid.

My opinion, I think it's advisable in this current state of affairs to have a separate bank for gambling but in order to keep them from getting to nosy, pay something out of it, buy gas etc.

If I'm ever asked, I just tell them I buy and sell on Ebay/Craigs list etc. and will not give out my real banking details. Has worked so far.
