No, don't mind telling you at all.

I deposited 36 dollars with the 100% no max cashout code. I made the play through of over 2 grand. (I think it was something like that.)I am withdrawing 736 dollars, I will get the 700 but they will take back the 36 dollars as the bonus is not cashable.

When I took the free chip when they first opened I couldn't get anything either. I wanted some place new to try so I tried it. But like I said, the payout process is a little to long for me.

If you decide to try it out again, I wish you the best of luck.

I don't mind payouts taking a week to 10 days, as long as the casino doesn't advertise differently, then not deliver. It's when a casino promises 48 hour payouts, then they take ten days, that it really gets up my nose and my hair stands on end.

What I have posted is in reference to different situations and I am talking in general. My opinion of a lot of casinos. Not specifically yours, I do not play there. Although, in my opinion, whenever a casino denies payment and won't specifically offer reasoning or proof to back up what they have decided, it is hard to "trust" them and believe they are financially sound.

Both of my statements ring true in different circumstances. If a casino is in trouble financially, they will most likely pay the small winners and then give a hard time to the big winners. A casino in good financial state will be really careful to not lose that standing, maybe causing them to drop marginal players, or players that are "negative value" players. Is that the right term?

Sorry if that confuses you. At least I know what I am saying! :p
 
Still Waiting....

Still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. I requested the withdrawal at 8 something AM on 9/1. It is still pending. Way to long to process withdrawals in my book.

As you guessed, not clear cut at all, so the thing has taken some time to go back and forth between Nicolas and I.

The delay is also partly my fault too because I simply had to get some site administrative stuff done while Bryan was away (big updates coming in the Archives section).

Anyway, I've heard back from Nicolas on this and as I see it a satisfactory settlement is imminent.

Still Waiting....

After my post yesterday I got an e-mail saying that my withdrawal was denied because they had to take the bonus amout back and I needed to request the withdrawal again. So I did, and I am still waiting for it to be processed. This withdrawal was requested on 9/1.

I have never played at a casino where they take the bonus money out seperate, then ask to have the withdrawal made again. The bonus money is always taken out when the withdrawal is being processed. I just hope I don't have wait another week to get my money.

Don't they understand that when people read stuff like this the deposits stop coming?

It's not just this casino, but I guarantee you my mind has been made up over a dozen times in the last 3 months, not to deposit somewhere, based on what I read in a thread here on this site. The industry has itself to blame for it's own ills and when emphasis is taken away from excellence in customer service, when management does not subscribe to excellence, the road to failure is paved.

When I went to live chat Omar politely told me it is in the payout department's hands, so I called the toll free number and was on hold forever and a day so I just hung up.

Do I think I will get paid? Yes but the million dollar question is when! I will let you know when it is finally processed.

You have been paid. There was 1 day delay due to you requesting more than you could request. Our reps fixed the amount and then it was processed.

The email stated dear customer because it is an auto generated email and it isn't pulling the customer name. It had nothing to do with you posting here; although I will admit I'd rather be contacted if there is a problem; you know I'm here... I can fix things quicker when I get contacted directly rather if I have to scour the forums to find if someone is unhappy. I'm not saying you shouldn't post... just that I can fix things quicker when contacted (I don't spend all day on the forum... I do spend all day checking my email)

Ok Nicolas contacted me very fast after my earlier post here and promised the payment. If I get it next week and my next scheduled payment around 4th of next month as I have agreed with Betphoenix, I'm happy.
So long for 4 months it has been a real pain to get my payments. Every time they've been late for 2-3 weeks from promised and I had to go to the live chat many times asking about it.

I think Max has had a lot on his plate. No offence, but maybe he should consider getting some help. PiperSniper was encouraged he should file a PAB and that it could only take a few days, if I remember correctly. Looks like going into a few weeks now.

What a crap casino.

I wish there was a decent RTG casino run by a big reputable company because I like the software. Sadly there isnt and we are left with these small operations that give casinos a bad name.

I will stick with the big boys and play MG slots. They dont bonus ban me if I win and there is no maximum cashout. They realise that as a casino you need to take all comers and not try and filter to only cater for losers.
 
I also wanna know what happened to the "main reason" for this thread. I know that the PAB is ongoing, but nicholas stated that the money has been returned to the player - in full, yet the playersays it has not (if u look further back in the thread)
this is a thread that I am actually following since I+ve been "involved" from the start and I would love for it to have an happy ending, but it seems as though there are other issues popping out as well?

I've made my decision but given the nature of the situation I think Piper and I agree that Bryan needs to have a boo at it before it's final. Piper has been kept up to date throughout.

As to Max needing help, not to worry. Piper's thing has taken longer than expected because (a) I was catching up on six months of PAB monthly summaries (to be published soon), (b) Bryan was away so I had to spend more of my time on the forums, (c) I have about 20-odd other PABs on my plate, and most significantly (d) the situation did not turn out to be nearly as straightforward as initially described which is what the "couple of days" estimate was based on. There's been plenty of back and forth between me, the casino and Piper so ... what can I say, these things can take time if there's digging to be done.
 
As it happens things continued to develop and we were able to settle things with mutual agreement. I hope I'm speaking fairly for all involved. Anyway, case closed AFAIC.

Piper is of course free to post on the subject now that the PAB is done.

Finally, after 2 months waiting, it succeed for my mom to get the last money from BetPhoenix. My mom recieved the last part of her money in her neteller last night, so I guess, that the money never actually was on the way back to her creditcard, as Nicolas else had claimed. I dont know, and dont wanna waste more time on it now, as he has paid my mom :)

Max, did a very good job, which I am very gratefull for, and I dont think that anything would have happend in this case without his help! He does an awesome job in the "PAB" section:thumbsup:
 
I'm wondering if you'd like to share with us other casinos you are having your mom play at, and if indeed those casinos offer Danish support.

You never did answer my question about why you chose this casino. If your mother is unable to converse in English, why have her open up an account on an English speaking only site? That doesn't make any sense to me.

Considering that CM helped the OP recover the funds and get "Mom" paid, it seems to me like the above response was not very kind.

I certainly don't know the inside details of the case, but it seems to me that the OP was very fortunate to recoup any monies in this case as his arguments and actions appear to be a bit dubious, IMHO.

My mom is not anything near computer handy, so therefore I should help her making the account, and therefore she could only play, when I came to visit her. The account got created at her house, on her computer and on ALL of her information and documents. I was simply just helping her out! I diddent see anything wrong in picking a non-danish casino, because she wouldent play anyway, unless I was home to visit her, so I could help her out. Her account have only been accessed from her computer and home, so how Nicolas can claim fraud is simply beyond me. There is NO fraud what so ever regarding my moms account at their casino!

There is no excuse to threaten people - I don't care if you mean it or not. And players who feel that casino managers and their employees are fair game when it comes to threats ought to be kicked to the curb. I won't stand for it. That's all.

Actually, Piper, I'm glad I declined to discuss this with you, prior to the resolution of the PAB, via PM, as you wanted. I passed. You really need to grow up & be less angry and hostile with people. Sorry, but I've felt something didn't add up here from the beginning. I've had several exchanges with Nicolas and have seen very few casino reps that go as far as he does to try and address customer concerns. Personally, I think you may have gotten away with something here. Now that the PAB is resolved and you are discussing it so freely, I wonder what Nicolas has to say?

PiperSniper I've taken plenty of heat at times here. Sometimes, I or the organization I represent will make a mistake, that happens, and if I mess up and take heat for it, I'll apologize, learn from it and do better in the future.

But your case is fraud and you keep trying to make it seem otherwise. We did what we had to in the face of the situation you put on us in.

You used your mother's money to gamble online and we gave your mothers money back to her. Your in-congruent story gives you away, whenever someone questions this, you try to manipulate the situation in your favor by applying the logical fallacy of Appeal to loyalty, where you try and create a 'either you are with me or against me' statement.

We were all prepared to leave it at case closed, but you went ahead and continued to try and make yourself out the victim and slander our name.

I have plenty of evidence which has me 110% convinced of your fraud, and I can prove it. Let's both walk away from this issue. I'm glad it is over and not to have to deal with it anymore and I'm sure you are to.

"Proves" is a word that can be used when there is no doubt what so ever in a case. And you dont have such proves, Sir! Thats simply impossible, as there was no fraud with my moms account! How can I have access to my moms homebanking and checking the deposits at your casino? How can I have deposited in her account with her creditcard, from her computer and apartment, without she was aware of this? How did I get a hold of all her personal papers, that verified her account in the first place? My mom wanted that casino account, and she have been included in EVERY process I have done for her! I really dont understand what it is you see as fraud!

Now you are using the logical fallacies of attacking the reputation of where I work for (argumentum ad hominem) and of repetition (Ad nauseam) but you aren't addressing the issues here.

I'm not going to continue going round in circles with you, it is pointless, but I did want to make it clear that our paying your mother was in no way an admission that we did wrong. It was only because we believe she did no wrong; it was all your doing. No reason for her to pay for your under handed activities.
