One question... I am also helping my mom from time to time. She likes to play MGs and RTG´s and to my knowledge there are not that many out there that can respond to her in swedish.
so, can she not play there since she lacks the language?

I got an Email from PiperSniper and he asked me if I could post this in his name since he for some reason can not post (although I do not see that he is banned in anyway) Anyways, here it goes;

First of all, I would like to say, that I am VERY sorry about my behaviour last night! My language was not in anyway acceptable, and for this, I am very sorry! The things got out of hand, and my frustration about this matter got the better of me.

When I came here, and posted this story, it was to warn you about this casino, and also in hope, to put pressure on, Nicolas, so he finally would take some real action and make the money paid. He seems to hide behind the words "it is out of our hands". This is not acceptable. These money was claimed the first time 1 month ago, and no matter what excuses he have, this could have been handled WAY better and faster.

Nicolas, claims that the money is on its way, which is fine enough! But I still want this case to be known by you all. The casino have treatet my mom so bad, so therefore I wish to do the same to this casino by warning you.

I dont fear a "PAB" in ANY way! I want you all to know this! Every single thing in this story is completely true! Why should I play under my moms account? I have my own account, and have NO reason to do this. The casino even accepted all extra prove that was sended, so why Nicolas made another decision is beyond me! Everything he will come with, will be buried right away!

Nicolas have been told, that if he can, he can get a danish customer person to call my mom. Then all can be set straight. But that seems to be impossible, even that he is a part of the gamingindustry, where there is people, who can talk that language.

My mom gets punished, because she cant speak english? Wow, I wonder, how handicapped or paralysed people would be treatet, if they choose to play at this casino, because they would also need help from a person handling their account.

Well, you all have the right to think what you want - I have nothing to hide! So thats why I know will post a "PAB" to "maxd", just to see what ridicilous "proves", Nicolas will come up with. Just to put them to the grown, and show maxd, that everything is true from this side.

I don't think anyone is being punished because you don't speak English - the language barrier only complicates things. It's like opening a casino account at a Chinese speaking casino...why? You are going to end up having issues one way or another.

The beauty of playing online is that fraudulent players are easily caught via their game play history. Joe blow plays a certain way, then his "mom" opens an account and plays identically - what a coincidence and these similarities are easily detected by reviewing their game play.

I'm not saying that this is what happened here - I'm sure this guy will redeem himself when he PABs.

For table games that shouldnt mean anything. Certain bonuses are played almost exactly the same way by almost everyone claiming them.
The only thing that may differ is the target. That would be the lousiest excuse ever to confiscate winnings.

There could be hassles (like extra security procedures) associated with what you are doing, but in general we are really good at telling when it is one person posing as two or when it is two people playing. I really think the case is closed since all deposits were sent back to the OP, and they received 300 dollars of thier winnings.

I don't play at this casino so I have nothing to gain by saying this, but I do think Nicholas was more than fair. We are all adults here and will come to our on conclusion on this. So why beat up a decent guy for being fair, and try to tarnish his name. If the OP was so upset with this why in hell have they not submitted a Pitch a Bitch about it?

I have been playing poker and casino for many years now. My mom know this, and thats why she one day asked me, if we could make her an account, so she could play, when I come visit her. My mom is not anything near computer handy, so therefore I should help her making the account, and therefore she could only play, when I came to visit her. This is a lot, as she sit alone everyday, after her husband died a few years back. I did not see ANY problems in this. The account got created at her house, on her computer and on ALL of her information and documents. I was simply just helping her out! I picked BetPhoenix for her, because they seemed to have the best bonusses, and that was very important for my mom. I diddent see anything wrong in picking a non-danish casino, because she wouldent play anyway, unless I was home to visit her, so I could help her out. Her account have only been accessed from her computer and home, so how Nicolas can claim fraud is simply beyond me. There is NO fraud what so ever regarding my moms account at their casino!

There is still missing $570, and it is beyond me, how you can think its fair, that they dont get paid in promised time. Also strange to have several processors to pay the money. I am glad to see your comments about Nicolas being a "professional". He has always acted like this since he first started repping casinos, I believe. If I am wrong, someone correct me, please. Nicolas has always been polite and professional to me also, but that doesnt mean, that he cant make mistakes.

He have made some strange accusings towards my moms account, and he have not held the promises made regarding this withdraw. Several things in this casino seems very problematic - no matter how nice a person Nicolas may be.

I am not just a person who have "gambling fever" and I think thats a strange thing to say!

And today, the remaining $570 my mom should have, has still not arrived How come, that 11 days ago the first $300 arrieved, but the other processors who handled this payment, cant seem to figure out sending the rest? Reading this thread has disturbed me a bit.
I don't think sniffing out frauds by game play is fair. Someone mentioned BJ and how a lot of people probably have the same patterns, which seems logical to me. What about someone who plays slots? I know I play the same way a lot, but sometimes I am all over the place. So would I be accused of being someone else? Same thing with VP, we all have a style but sometimes you switch it up (unless you are very by the book and do it the logical way).

If my Mom or my son wanted to play on an account I had anywhere I would say go for it. Is that wrong? In a B & M I have handed over a machine that is playing well to my son, or my mom has to me. Don't a lot of husbands and wives play on each others accounts here? Do the casinos come after you if they notice a difference in play?
I understand they have to watch out for frauds, but what happens when regular players who share start to get tagged?
