Well i rare complain but decided to try maxxxcasino I wish i had not!
took opening bonus of 100% lost. No problem
took second bonus 150% half way through playing checked my bonus requirements left
and it was still taking the wagering from the 100% bonus i had with the first deposit
so seems they group them together. That is bullshiit in itself. But it gets a bit worse.
(No live support anywhere should have checked kicking myself for joining)
then half way through a set of spins A pop up comes up saying i have wagered 2000 Euros
and thats my limit until my account is verified due to UKGC terms and conditions
!
never ever had anything like that unless i set my own limits which I did not.
Overall a crap experience. And of course no replies from CS via email.
So my funds locked in there cant play until they verifiy my account and have doubt wagering to get through.
thank you god it was small deposits! One to avoid based on my experience for sure!
This is pop up that comes when I now try to play any slot never I have read such bollocks! And of course no mention of that when i made my deposit and no request for documents! They should have told this to me before i started. 2000 not even enough to clear 1 set of Wagering let alone the 2 they imposed on me!!!
