I´ll never use a bonus again :/

Alternatively you could try actually reading the T&Cs of any bonus BEFORE you take it, so that you will know in advance what to expect.
Unfortunately, trying to use psychic powers or assumption will nearly always end in disappointment.

This bonus is given in good faith by Casino Blu in order to familiarize yourself with what we have to offer, therefore, the winnings for this bonus are set to a maximum of ten (10X) times your first deposit.

Oh well, still better than Lucky247 6x lol

Since when did Mutual come to mean One Sided?

They probably were referring at the T&C on which he agreed when he created the account...

Just because the term was in the T's and C's doesn't make it a fair term.

Limiting a payout is not fair to a player whether it is agreed to or not. 'Mutual Interests' means it is fair to both parties therefore they were taking the P***.

I could not agree more. Limiting a player's cashout when playing slots is UNFAIR, whether in the rules or not. The effect on "effective RTP" is remarkable because all large payouts are truncated. Just take the 1000x thread and all random jackpots and throw them out the window and then calculate the RTP. My prediction is that RTP is in 50s or 60s once the max cashout is taken into account.

bonus is not obligo...

if you play without that bonus size - maybe take a smaller or none - then there are neither max cashout rules nor wagering requirements. I personally hate max cashout after depositing - so i have a very close look in the t&c regarding the bonus.

of course it sucks to just read it afterwards... however if you are not a pure beginner - you just know that the bonus t&c are in some cases the last sword of the casino to take away your winnings... :-/

It was my fail.. i need to read T&C first..but this maxcash out sucks.. well..

From 4500€ to 220€..

got the money today.. After 7 days "Pending"

Conan gaming are not my favorite..

Yes, it does. Im sorry but if your not willing to read the terms of a casino that's on you, the player could have read that and thought "you know what, ill play at any of the 100's of casinos that DON'T offer that term" id bet a fair amount this player had to tick a box to agree that he "HAD read the full terms" of a casnio, or bonus, or both. I feel for anyone who didn't read them and gets a payout reduced, that doesn't mean i dont agree with the casino on this one 100%.

I also love my bonuses, and despise the cashout limit on deposits... It's a really bad practice of the casino.
This also means that there will be a lot of flies that will drop in this "trap". It's not the casino's fault, it's not my fault, your fault, it's only the player's fault!

The only advice I can give to players reading this post is to read the Terms, sacrifice 10 minutes and you won't regret it in the long run!

The casino will always have the upper hand!

I know lots of people like taking bonuses, and enjoy the added playtime this extra cash gives them. But threads like this make me glad I never bother with them; too much hassle.

Just imagine for a moment if people suddenly stopped taking bonuses altogether (and I mean en masse). Casinos like this would shit their pants when they suddenly start getting countless withdrawal requests from players who haven't broken a single T or C, and who have played totally with their own money and with mutual interests of fair gaming with the casino(s).

Almost overnight we'd have an iGaming world full of casinos desperately trying to improve in order to keep players, and earn new ones. With incentives beyond 40x WR and a 6 to 10x max cashout, with a whole host of farcical restrictions and small print designed to make completion of such terms nigh-on impossible anyway.
It'd be a beautiful world of genuinely fair and fun gaming.

*sigh*

Still... I can dream can't I?

The horrendous max cashout rule fits in nicely with the 7-day pending period, just avoid!
