Attention Casino Managers - Want our Casino Action Make us an Offer!

Dumb question, but when you say a yearly bankroll of $60k, what does that means exactly? Amount of deposits? Amount of net losses? Amount played through?

If they think you are a gullible town idiot they must see me as an Ameba with a labotomy.
Whilst on the phone to Palace group support I was told I could not speak to Management as, "They do not work Weekends".
God bless them.;)

IMO it would be far better to say something like "I'm really sorry Sir/Madam but X manager does not work on the weekend, however, if you can hold a few hours I'll contact X (someone) and see if we can work something out".
It's just common sense & it's polite too!

Instead they (CSR's) make up obvious BS and expect player to swallow it or revert to pulling up Rules and using them out of context.

That's exactly what escalates my frustration, which in turn, turns me into getting really

Having been on both sides of the casino fence, I find it impossible to believe that high profile casino Groups such as FL & Palace Group wouldn't have someone on deck (pit boss) 24/7 that could make management decisions in situation such as these.

Are you saying FL & Palace Group that you don't have a contingency plan for these occurrences, I really find that hard to believe.

It's always been my opinion that if online casinos wish to be viewed in the same calibre, league or class as B&M Casinos then they should also offer the same services.

If I have a problem on any given hour of any day (even 4am Christmas day) at Crown Casino Melbourne (granted I’m a VIP there too) I'm not told sorry Sir we'll get back to you when management; accounting; or whatever Dept. is in to addresses these issues, no, my problem is taken care of there and then (or they find someone there & then who can take care of it) and I always receive something extra for the inconvenience, not that I expect it, I do however expect sartorial service.

The same should go for online casinos too. It’s about providing a service, not just gambling. I think that point gets over looked or not even brought into the equation in many instances where online casinos are concerned.

It seems more important to pack the signup offers to the rafters with enticements, than to look after loyal players, who over the months and years have stood by X casino, instead of trying to rort them for their sign up bonus and simply moving on.

2006 I made $60K (probably more) in deposits.

My play thru that is money deposited + winnings that were not cashed out I estimate would run into 1.2 - 1.4 million US.

I don't think amount of deposits by itself is a good measure of your value to an online casino. Neither is playthru.

At a B&M, playthru IS a good measure, and in fact comps and cashback can be calculated from it.

But online casinos don't value playthru nearly as much, and that is obvious from the miniscule rate you earn comp points online. The value of playthru and deposits is diminished due to the issuance of up front bonuses. An new bonus hunter, for example, could turn $60k in deposits into $70k or more of withdrawals.

But that is not to say you are bonus hunters or that your play is not valued by these casinos and you should be looked after. I don't doubt FL has made a big mistake here.

My deposits are quite lower, but probably more of them, which would probably amount to $10k for this year....I would say playthrough was around $3-400,000 easy. I had ~$6k in losses (bad year for me online). Thank god for B&M wins ;)

Point is, don't underestimate the low-rollers either!!! We may not deposit $5k a whack, but our smallish deposits DO ADD UP!

I'm not even sure how much mine adds up to since I am no longer able to access the casinos I normally deposited in for the first 9-10 months of 2006. I know my deposits are small but easily add up to over $5000 a month.

What I want to know, is what do you all do for a living? To be able to afford 60K a year to gamble with?

If I tell you I'll have to knock ya :sniper:

Joking :D

I've got web development Company, although, all of my gambling funds come from the proceeds of my online businesses (casino portals and what not). These simply provide me my entertainment cash, pin money!

Say something here and the chances of it getting tiwsted, bent or just mocked is high on the cards :D

I'm surprised Simmo, basket balls (oops sorry) tennis balls didn't beat you to that one, winbig!

I know...they must be taking a break from their "forum whore" duties ;)
